I had the opportunity to use the EVA Air Lounge and was very impressed, so I would like to share my experience for your information.

Location

After exiting Immigration, turn right and head towards Concourse F (West side). When you reach the intersection leading to the different gates, take the escalator down. Look for the Lounge signs (location marked with a red star, map taken from the ktc website).

Upon arrival, observe the entrance door. You will clearly notice it, or simply put, it is on the 3rd floor. Then walk towards the west boarding gate, Gate F. The EVA Air lounge will be on your left-hand side.

Star Alliance Member

For those who wish to use the EVA Air Lounge, there are three conditions that must be met.
1. Must be a Business Class passenger or above of EVA Air or Business Class of Star Alliance member airlines. Members of the airlines shown in the picture above can also use it.
2. Be a Gold Class member or above of the Star Alliance mileage accumulation card (can invite 1 guest to use the service). 3. Pay cash 1,605.- baht including tax (few people would choose this method).

And now we have new information that Turkish Airlines (TK) is building a lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Singapore Airlines (SQ) is going to renovate its lounge.

I have captured the atmosphere for you, divided into 2 categories: food and drinks / atmosphere and facilities.

Food and drinks

The food was very diverse and delicious. There was fried rice with shrimp, green curry with chicken, tom yum soup with shrimp, dim sum, sandwiches, pizza, salad, and various snacks. They had everything, and of course, my favorite, instant cup noodles.

The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are of the standard lounge variety.

For dessert, there are various fresh fruits soaked in cold water. The highlight for me is the chilled roasted coconut and Swensen's ice cream. Excellent!

After that, no more than five minutes later, there was also ice cream. Haha!

For the Tom Yum Goong, the overall taste, although not as spicy as the shop of Auntie Toi at the front of my house, is still delicious. As for the other dishes, they are all very delicious. After we are full, let's take a look at the other parts.


Ambiance and Amenities

Normally, the entrance to the lounge is tightly closed for privacy. Anyone looking in would probably wonder what's inside :p

Of course, the 5th factor is Free Wifi.

The reception counter looked unusual. The staff were very welcoming and had bright smiles. (I asked permission to take a picture, but I think they were shy and didn't look at the camera.)

Let's take a look at the happiness room. The men's room, I apologize that I could only take pictures of the gentlemen's room, but overall the decoration is airy, clean, feels comfortable, safe, and the sanitary equipment is also high-tech.
