Boat Noodle Shop of Auntie Nid
Hello.
From the Asian Highway, turn left into Ayutthaya city. Pass the Chedi roundabout and continue straight. You will cross the Chao Phraya River. As you descend the bridge, stay to the left. There will be a left loop exit. Follow the road and you will come to a three-way intersection with U Thong Road. Turn right and drive a few hundred meters. You will see Wat Rattanachai (Chinese Temple) on your left. Turn into the temple and park your car. Walk towards the riverside (the path to the fish feeding platform). Je Nid's boat noodle shop is located by the river next to the fish feeding platform. The shop is an open-air, homey style with a decent number of tables. The shop has a menu with more than just boat noodles. They offer pork noodles, chicken noodles, duck noodles, and yen ta fo. However, this review will focus on boat noodles only. A bowl costs 40 baht and a special is 50 baht. Let's try it!

'Small dried fresh pieces'
The noodles are chewy and just the right size. The large pieces of meat are thick and tender, similar to the fresh meat used in clear soup meatball shops. The large meatballs are fragrant and flavorful. The seasoning is rich and well-balanced. Recommended.
The only drink option on the menu is the waterfall menu. The broth is very prominent, fragrant, strong, spicy, well-balanced, and perfectly spicy. You don't need to season it. As for the noodles, you can choose any noodles you like, but personally, I still think that rice vermicelli is the best choice, followed by wide noodles.
'Freshly Made Noodles'
"Big fall live"
"Little Fall Live"
"Tender Braised Pork"
The braised pork is tender but not mushy, with a distinct flavor that permeates the meat. It's well done.
'Fresh Korean coriander'
Taste before seasoning.
'Crispy Pork Crackling'
Crispy and fluffy with a light aroma, it has a decent amount of flavor on its own. A good standard.
'Lime smoothie / Coconut water'
I had a taste of coconut water that had a good smell and taste, but there was too much ice.
The atmosphere by the river is beautiful, the service is good, there are many customers, the amount per dish looks good, the ingredients are fresh and clean, the taste is strong and clear, delicious and satisfying. If you have the opportunity to visit Ayutthaya, try it out.
Thank you very much
