In the middle of last month, we had the opportunity to dine at the Dream Hotel Bangkok. The Dream Hotel is located on Sukhumvit 15.

Before visiting Dream Hotel Bangkok, it was a name we were unfamiliar with, or rather, we didn't know it at all.

Because there are quite a few hotels in Bangkok, and they all compete fiercely in marketing.

And today we have finally arrived at Dream Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit 15.

Or it's next to BTS Asok, just a 200-300 meter walk into the alley. But that day we chose to drive and almost got lost, haha.

Once we arrived inside Dream Hotel Bangkok, I can say that

The decoration is very chic!




This time we didn't stay here, but we just came to eat. I didn't get to see the inside of the bedroom at Dream Hotel Bangkok, so I don't know how beautiful it is.

Let's go to the restaurant on the 2nd floor.

The name is Flava restaurant.



With the hotel's concept playing with design and colors like this, how could Flava restaurant stay indifferent?

They also play with colors in a cool, eureka way that young people like us love.


After exploring the restaurant, we chose a good corner table and picked up the menu to order.

The menu we ordered today will focus on Chef Recommendations.

But apart from the menus mentioned above, we need to find the hero and heroine to put on the table first.


Surf and Turf 900++ Large, fragrant river prawns. This dish is served with a plate of fragrant sirloin steak. You can choose your favorite side dish, whether it's salad, baked potato, French fries, carrots, or tomatoes. The highlight of this dish is the fresh, large river prawns and the fragrant sirloin steak. This is a combination of two flavors that go well with the selected potatoes.




Grilled Chicken hip skewer 250++ This menu is the hero.

It is a barbecue chicken, which is one of the recommended menus. You can choose pork.


After showing the hero and heroine menus, let's show the recommended set menu.

Seared Scallop with Squid Ink Sauce and Sautéed Sweet Peas

This dish, when we posted it on social media, made many of our friends' eyes widen because the scallops were huge and really bouncy. 555

Combined with the squid ink sauce with sweet peas, it gives a contrasting flavor to the scallops.

Blue Crab with Brandy Soup Followed by Blue Crab Soup with Brandy

Shredded blue crab meat sprinkled throughout the rich broth. Enjoy it warm for the most tender texture.



Pan-Seared Snow Fish with Spinach, Potato, and Passion Fruit Sauce

The main course is a large piece of pan-seared snow fish served with spinach and potatoes, topped with passion fruit sauce. This dish is unusual for its passion fruit sauce,

but it goes well with the fish. It doesn't taste too different.


The last menu of this set must have dessert, girls love it.



End your meal with a delicious apple strudel dessert.



After dinner, there's more to come at FLAVA ฺBar.

Located next to the restaurant, it's decorated in a cool, youthful color scheme that teenagers will love. 555



At night, there will be a place to sit and listen to chill music. Not many people are crowded, making it suitable for sitting and talking, sitting and drinking with friends or loved ones.

And the atmosphere at night like this, cocktails are the most suitable ^^

Into the Dream Cocktail 180++

This is our absolute favorite! It comes with fruit jelly that's incredibly soft and light, perfect for ladies who want to sip and relax.

3 Signature All-Time Favorite Cocktails from Flava Bar

Enjoy a full spectrum of flavors from Sly Thai, Blue Dream, and Strawberry Martini, all balanced with the sweetness of apple juice.

Infused Cocktail Jellies

  • Sly Thai: Sophisticated limoncello vodka with lychee in a white jelly.
  • Blue Dream: Vodka-based mix with blue curacao, apple juice, and topped with a red cherry in blue jelly.

This drink is a bit strong, so don't drink too much or you'll get drunk. But the color of the drink is very beautiful.
