Hello everyone... Today, I will take you to visit Nan Province, a small province with many mountains for us to explore.
I have been to Nan many times, mostly during the late rainy season and early winter.
Chasing the sea of mist, sometimes I find it, sometimes I don't, but I'm always happy to be on the road.
The day begins at Wat Phra That Khao Noi, where the morning light shines on the majestic main Buddha statue.
He looks so calm.
From the viewpoint of Wat Khao Noi, we can see the city of Nan.
Doi Pha Tang ... We can see the view from the lights in Na Noi district and the twinkling stars at night.
This place offers stunning views of both sunrise and sunset. When we arrived, it was already evening.
By the time we finished setting up the tent, it was already late, so we went to sleep to save our energy for the morning.
We could only hope that we would encounter a sea of fog here… and then our wish came true.
The morning mist welcomed the visitors, as if it had been arranged beforehand.
The first light of day is shining.
The clouds were a bit much, but luckily it didn't rain.
I wanted a high-angle view, so I hiked up to Pha Huasingh. The trail wasn't very long, but it was quite steep and the rocks were rather sharp.
Pha Hua Sing is a cliff shaped like a lion lying down, facing east. It offers a 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape.
The peak of Pha Huasingh is very narrow. If you go with a group of people, you have to be very close to each other because there is hardly any space to stand.
The sea of fog that day was truly beautiful, but we had to keep an eye on the weather, as it could rain at any moment.
Let's take a look at the west in the morning.
The lush greenery during the rainy season is truly refreshing.
And finally, let's end our trip to Doi Pha Hom Pok with a sea of mist.
Doi Wao is located in the Namtok Chat Trakan National Park. At the park headquarters, there are bungalows and a camping ground for tourists.
If you're ready, let's go on a trip to Doi Wao together.
Evening view along the way.
Finding a main viewpoint at Doi Wao is quite difficult. You have to drive around and stop wherever you find a beautiful view.
The golden cornfield is a beautiful sight to behold, but deep down it also makes me feel sad. There are hardly any big trees left.
The sun is setting.
The last light at the tent site.
I woke up to a very dark sky. The weather was overcast and it was about to rain, so I couldn't see the view at all. Traveling during the rainy season really depends on luck. ^_^"
Let's continue to Phu Langka Resort. The resort is located in Phayao Province.
However, the view we are seeing is part of Tham Sa Kaew National Park in Nan Province.
The highlight of this place is definitely watching the sunrise amidst the mist...
My writing skills are not that good, so let the pictures tell the story. Let's take a look at the sea of mist photos.
The final scene is a picture of mist playfully teasing the mountains, a truly beautiful creation of nature.
If you love to travel, you can travel any season. Have a happy trip!
Thank you for visiting our pictures.
