"Pang Ung 2016 vs. Ngin 2016 baht +- "

This is my first review, and I'd like to start with a place close to my heart: Pang Ung in Mae Hong Son.

My reviews will be short and sweet, easy for everyone to understand. I'm not a great writer, so I'll focus on the pictures! 55555+

On this trip, my destination was Pang Ung, but along the way, I visited some other tourist attractions: the Su Tong Pae Bridge, Pha Suea Waterfall, and Ban Rak Thai.

Let's begin...!!!

• Travel •

How to get there? Well, there are many ways to choose from, depending on your convenience and preference.

There are 4 ways to travel to Mae Hong Son.

1. Airplane = Bangkok > Chiang Mai > Mae Hong Son (Fast)(Expensive)

2. Train = Bangkok > Chiang Mai > Mae Hong Son (Slow) (Cheap)

3. Tour bus = Bangkok > Mae Hong Son (just right)

4. Private car = Convenient but not familiar with the road or not good at driving, not recommended

*I took a bus, the 6:00 PM round, and arrived at 7:30 AM.

There are 4 ways to travel from Mae Hong Son to Pang Ung.

2. Renting a car = In case of going with many people, it is more worthwhile.

3. Rent a motorbike = You should be a good driver to be able to stop anywhere you want.

4. Personal car = It's convenient to drive your own car.

*I rented a motorbike

On the way to Pang Ung

Sutong Bridge

Pha Sua Waterfall

Ban Rak Thai

We stopped for lunch at Baan Rak Thai, I can't remember the exact name. It was Yunnan Chinese food, or maybe not, haha. The prices were typical for a restaurant, but the taste was a bit of a gamble. You'll have to try it yourself and see what you think.

• Accommodation •

1. Homestay = 300 – 400 baht (in the village, not by the water)

2. Park bungalows = 350 – 600 (Price depends on the size of the house, by the water)

3. Camping = Bring your own tent 100 baht per tent

Rent a tent here for 300 baht per tent.

(In my case, I chose to pitch a tent)

• Food •

At Pang Ung, there is a village called Moo Baan Ruam Thai, which has a variety of restaurants.

However, there are not many things to buy in the park. The only food that can fill you up is the pork hotpot and instant noodles.

Plenty of liquor and beer...

"Finally, Pang Ung"

Finally, Pang Ung in my dream. Let me tell you one word, "Fin". It's a paradise for those who love silence (I went when there were no people) and just sit and watch nature. Because besides water and trees, there are only water, trees and swans. For me, it's a million-star happiness. See the pictures!!!

This is happiness at the 1,000,000 star level.

Waking up to nature already waiting for us. Light fog and cool air. So refreshing.

The trip is over. Personally, I like this place very much. It is peaceful, comfortable, and free of pollution. It is the best place to relax.
