Hello Readme.me readers, today's post is another restaurant review as usual (because we are food lovers and love to review). When we want to find delicious restaurants, we usually go to shopping malls or famous restaurants all over Bangkok. But little did we know that those restaurants are difficult to find parking, and the atmosphere is only in the air-conditioned room. The shop area is narrow, making the delicious meal we dreamed of so beautifully ruined by the uncooperative atmosphere. Today, the "Life with Reviews" team had the opportunity to visit a restaurant in Bang Sue. It's a restaurant that feels like we're visiting a house or having dinner at a friend's house from the moment we find a parking space. The restaurant we are talking about and would like to review today is "Rice n' Mouth".

Rice n' Mouth is located in Soi Saem Suk, Soi 1. The restaurant is located in a residential area and is not on a main road. The restaurant has been newly renovated, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere, like a friend's house. There is ample parking space, making it feel like we are visiting a friend's house. There is a natural-looking lawn that provides a relaxing feeling. Looking out the window, you can see a vegetable patch on the lawn in front of the restaurant. The area can be set up as a party table, but the restaurant is concerned about the quality and safety of its customers, so it has chosen to sacrifice the restaurant space to grow vegetables instead (this is a really good idea on the part of the restaurant).

This time, we visited Rice-N'-Mouth after work, as the restaurant opens in the evening. It's perfect for catching up with friends after school or work, or even bringing your family for a meal. Let's take a look at some of the must-try dishes on the menu that you should order right away.

1. BBQ Pork Ribs

Starting with the restaurant's signature dish (personal preference), the pork ribs have a sweet sauce flavor. From talking to the chef, the sauce is cooked and simmered for 2 hours with spices. The side dish is boiled potatoes. The restaurant said that if you eat this dish elsewhere, it will be served with french fries. But because the restaurant cares more about its customers, the reason they don't use french fries is because they don't want people to get the real taste of potatoes, so they serve boiled potatoes instead.

2. Spicy Seafood Spaghetti

This menu is widely available and can be ordered at most restaurants. It can be said that it is a popular menu because the drunken spaghetti menu is a fusion dish between Thai and Western food. By taking spaghetti and stir-frying it in a Thai style, it becomes a spicy dish. This menu is well done by the shop. The noodles are not too soft or too hard. The spiciness from this menu makes you feel the spiciness non-stop.

3. Sea Bass with Honey Mustard Sauce

This is a clean menu with a mild flavor. It can be considered a healthy menu because it focuses on vegetables and fish. The sauce used is freshly whipped every day and contains honey in the mustard. Around the plate is a salsa, which is a Western salad made with balsamic vinegar from grapes.

4.Grilled Chicken with Herbs

The shop marinates the chicken with their own recipe, which is marinated overnight. The chicken is then cooked in an oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. It is served with a spicy dipping sauce in a true Isaan style. The chicken will be cooked evenly throughout, and when eaten with the shop's dipping sauce, you will get the aroma of the herbs that the shop has prepared so well and that blend perfectly.

5. Mieng Kham Bai Cha Plu

As the restaurant grows its own vegetables, the betel leaves in this dish are also grown by the restaurant itself. This dish is considered a clean menu because it contains ginger, roasted coconut, peanuts, dried shrimp, chili, and lime. It has a fragrant aroma of betel leaves and spices arranged in each bite of the mieng. The dipping sauce prepared by the restaurant has a well-balanced taste. When you take a bite, you will get the taste of Thai spices and the fragrant aroma of betel leaves that blend perfectly together.

As mentioned earlier, the restaurant grows its own vegetables and uses them to prepare its dishes. The owner wants to provide customers with all-natural ingredients, free from pesticides and chemicals. Additionally, the restaurant uses only olive oil for all its stir-frying. This shows a genuine commitment to customer care.

Rice n' Mouth is a great place to visit in the evening, perfect for catching up with friends after school or work, or for a family outing. The restaurant is open every day except Wednesday, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
