Hello again, after we have gone through the forest to fill up on the power of nature, this trip will review a place that is very suitable for relaxation. This summer, most of the places that people think of and often go to escape the heat are the sea or waterfalls. And our country has many tourist attractions by the sea. It's up to us to choose where to go. I chose a place that is not far from Bangkok by car and wanted to relax fully for one night without going anywhere. The place I used this time is located on the beach of Pattaya. It is a 5-star hotel in the CHR or Central Hotel and Resort group, which has many brands springing up all over the country. As for the brand that I chose to use for my relaxation this time is Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort.

The journey from Bangkok takes you on the motorway to Sukhumvit Road, then onto North Pattaya Road, passing the Dolphin Roundabout and onto Pattaya-Na Kluea Road. Turn left into Soi Na Kluea 18 and drive almost to the end of the alley. Turn right and after about 200 meters you will find the hotel on your left-hand side. The entrance gate alone is a magnificent sight! As you drive in, you will see two large buildings, resembling a giant cliff face connected by a rope bridge like something out of an Indiana Jones film. The surroundings are lush with trees, both large and small, and there are statues of lion heads, making you feel like you are in a place of tribal rituals in Africa! The hotel's theme is safari-style. From the car park, you walk into the building through a tunnel that looks like a giant tusk, stretching out towards the beach. It gives you the feeling of excitement, as if you are setting off on an adventure to The Lost World. There is a rope bridge over a winding stream within the resort, leading to the statues of animal heads, before emerging onto the vast open sea.

Under the tunnel, on the right side, you will find the Aqua Restaurant and the check-in counter. I booked a deluxe ocean facing room. After checking in, I took the lift to my room on the 3rd floor. The room is decorated in a true safari theme. The color scheme of the room is warm brown. The bed is designed to look like a bamboo bed. The walls are decorated with carved tree images in low relief, next to a wall that is shaped like a stone slab. The table and chairs are made of wood and there are warm light lamps in the corners. There is a small lounge chair for a change of scenery. The bathroom is separated into a shower room and a toilet room. The materials used to decorate the room are simple and blend well with the natural theme.

Stepping out onto the balcony, two lounge chairs beckon, inviting you to soak in the panoramic views. The balcony's walls are a striking contrast of exposed stone and a bamboo-inspired railing, crafted from sturdy concrete.

The view from the room faces the sea, overlooking the azure sea on a clear day. Looking down, you can see a large water park covering a vast area. This evening, when the sun is down and the wind is calm, we will meet again.

After relaxing and napping for 2-3 hours, it was time for some fun. I walked around to explore the water park. There was a large pool in the center, surrounded by a lazy river that flowed around the rocks of a simulated waterfall. The resort had given this small stream a cool name: "lazy river."

The large pool has a deep zone of almost 4 meters at one point for diving, and there is a small bar in the middle of the pool for service.

The lazy river offers a relaxing experience where you can float on a tube and let the current carry you along. If you get too hot, you can jump in and cool off, or take a break under the waterfall along the way.

Or if you're tired of floating around on a rubber ring, there's a water slide that's exciting enough to keep us entertained for a while. It even made my mom forget her age and play for a long time. There are 2-3 water slides in total. The one for adults is in front of the fitness room, and there's one for kids near the bar.

Or find a shady corner to relax and read a book by the fitness pool while enjoying a refreshing drink.

After playing in the water in the evening, I slept soundly that night. In the morning, I rushed up to find a spot to take pictures in the morning. On the top floor of the hotel, I can't remember which floor it was, probably around the 17th floor, there was a small garden where you could enjoy a high-angle view. Looking towards the front of the hotel, you could see the city with mountains in the background. Turning back to the sea side, you could see a balloon floating prominently above the beach. The morning air was really refreshing.

Looking down at the view below, you can clearly see the vastness of the water park.

Let's take a walk to see the suspension bridge connecting the buildings, which we saw when we first entered the hotel.

Back down to the dining room, find something to eat. There are a variety of Thai, Chinese and Western dishes to choose from. So I mixed Thai + Chinese + Western in one dish as a menu of Green Curry Chicken Noodles with Bacon and Hot Dog. It looks delicious. 55

And then it's time to check out. In conclusion, it was a really worthwhile vacation. Because most of the time we just use the hotel to sleep and then go out and explore. But here, we didn't have to go anywhere. There were plenty of activities for both fun and relaxation. And if you're choosing a short vacation, you really shouldn't choose a place that's too far from Bangkok. Otherwise, your vacation will turn into exhaustion from the travel time. ..
