Calling all vintage Yippies!
Today, we will take you to visit "Siam Gypsy Junction", a new gypsy and vintage style market that is considered a one-stop service because it offers shopping, eating, and chilling all in one place. This place is a favorite among hipsters because it is full of vintage items, antiques, second-hand clothes, home decor, and car accessories, including large vehicles, motorcycles, and bicycles. There are also plenty of food and restaurants to choose from. If you get tired from walking, you can sit and relax at one of the many vintage-style cafes with live music. There are many options to choose from, which should please even the most discerning chill-seeker. The market starts to get lively around 7 pm and continues until 9 pm or later, especially on Saturdays and Sundays when it gets particularly crowded.
This place is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from around 5 pm until after 1 am.
Getting There:
By car:
- Take Wong Sawang Road and continue straight until you reach the railway tracks. You will see a large BTS skytrain track under construction above.
- Alternatively, if you are coming from the Bang Pho or Tao Poon area, continue straight until you reach the railway tracks. If you are coming from Tao Poon, you will see a neon sign similar to the one pictured above.
