The first travel option I considered was to fly to Udon Thani Airport.

Then take a bus to the transport station, but there is a chance of missing the bus. But the most important thing is to wake up early. What time is it really? (It's just an excuse, haha)

The second option is to take an evening bus and sleep on the bus for one night.

Then I went to Udon Thani Transportation Center and bought a ticket to Vang Vieng, which seemed more convenient. On the way back, I took a plane. However, there was a minor issue: I had never taken a long bus ride before. I usually took planes because it was convenient, but since I was already there, I thought I'd give it a try. If you don't dare, you won't make progress, right? 555 So I chose the second option. After making a decision, I went to buy a ticket in the morning. The officer told me that the bus would leave at 9:00 PM sharp. That was it, no other details. I just found out that buses also have seat selection. So I chose a window seat, of course. What else? I used the same theory as when I was on a plane. Haha, is it related? 55 After that, I went back to pack my things, stuffed them into my bag, and then took a nap to find some more information. The bus arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is conveniently located near my house. It was a company bus that terminated its route in Nong Khai, but it also made a stop at Udon Thani's transportation hub.


The seat next to me was occupied by a woman, but we didn't exchange a single word throughout the entire journey.

Not really, usually if it's a little dark, I don't eat it. Because I'm stingy, hey, no, I'm more like a pity. I'll buy some snacks with it.

After that, we got in the car and drove for a long, long time. It was so tiring that I don't even remember how long it was. I only remember feeling relieved when we finally arrived.

It was around 4 am, and after that I couldn't fall asleep again until 5:50 am.

Purchased with a passport. 1 person can buy 1 ticket. After that, I waited for the bus. The bus left at 8.30, so I stopped by to get something to eat first.

The food was delicious and went well with the tea. After finishing our meal, it was almost time for our train to leave, so we hurried to the platform to board.


On the bus, you will be given two immigration forms to fill out. The first form is for Thailand and the second form is for Laos. Please write in English.

After about 40 minutes of driving, you will reach the Thai checkpoint. Please get off the bus to have your passport stamped for exiting the country. Then, get back on the same bus and continue your journey.

To continue to the Lao checkpoint, the speed depends on the number of people. At the Lao checkpoint, we need to add a step, which is to buy a border pass card.

It's like our BTS card, but on weekdays it costs 5 baht = 1000 kip. On Saturdays and Sundays it costs 50 baht, but I didn't take a picture of it because I was in a hurry.

After that, I went to stamp the passport through the border. Once I passed this point, I inserted the card and it was all done.

Before leaving, an officer will check everything again. Our job now is to keep the remaining leaves only.

We arrived around noon, and the bus stopped here for a 20-minute break. There are many shops selling food and drinks.



After everything was done, we took a long car ride.

I slept on and off for a long time, until around 3 pm when the car stopped at the pier. After that, a shared taxi took me into town.

The address is Lanee, it's right in the city center, but we have to walk a bit more. Oh my god, where am I going? I'm lost.

I was thinking of ordering roti to finish it off, I'm sure I'll finish it, it's only a little bit. I'm still wondering if I'll be full or not. Now that the seller has finished making it.

Oh my god, it's huge! You'd be lucky to finish half of it. I recommend getting two servings and asking the seller to split it in half and put it in a box.

After walking around the city taking photos, I stopped by to buy a 1-day trip to go through the rubber rings in the cave, paddle to the Blue Lagoon, and zip line.


I got a tour at a reasonable price. At first, I looked around many places because there were many places to choose from, and each place had a different price.

Here's a tip: walk in and haggle persistently. You might not get the price you want, but the price you do get will be lower than the initial offer.

Of course, it will be cheaper than usual. After that, I returned to the accommodation because it was already dark. I have to leave early tomorrow morning and the car will pick me up at 8.30 am.

I got back at around 8pm because I was haggling over the tour price for a while, haha, so I was a bit late. When I got back to my accommodation, I still had some roti in my hand.

Well, it's a pity to waste it. You can eat it late at night. After eating bread, I was so full. After that, I played Wi-Fi until late at night. I was going to sleep, so I went to sleep right away.

But this is a great mission. I have to eat roti. In the end, I ate it all and then went to sleep. Eat like this.

Woke up at 6:30 am. Last night, I slept soundly with the sound of rain and the smell of soil. The atmosphere was perfect.

Living here feels like time moves differently compared to Thailand. Here, I can live life at a slower pace, without feeling rushed.

After finishing my personal errands, I went out to order food. The food at the accommodation tasted really good. As soon as I finished eating, the car came to pick me up.





On the way, take a deep breath, there are not many cars running.



We arrived at the entrance to the cave, which was not accessible by car, so we had to walk. We were given equipment, shirts, waterproof bags, and a bottle of water.


Put everything valuable in here, including your phone, camera, and anything else you don't want to break. After that,

After we were done, we walked for about 20 minutes to reach the cave entrance.

We then reached a resting point where we were asked to crawl through a cave. I didn't take any pictures at this point, but the guide instructed us to leave all our belongings on a table together.

The sound will be very loud because people are splashing water on each other. It's fun. After going all the way into the cave, we came out the same way. But there were a lot of Chinese and Korean tourists here.

And then there were a lot of people jumping into the water, no need to tell their age, haha. I looked around but didn't see any young men. When I came out, it was time for lunch.

After paddling for a while, we reached the city center. This is where we will get off the boat and continue our journey by car.

To get to the Blue Lagoon, we had to wade through the water. We got soaked, but it was worth it. We were so wet that we dried off, and then got wet again. It was a bit confusing, haha.

They said they said at first I didn't dare to jump like many people were excited. I was afraid of losing face. But anyway, let's do it.

It's so cold it goes straight to the bone. The water is too cold to explain, I don't know how to describe it. It's so refreshing, it's like being frozen. This place is the best.

Oh, there are many Thai people here too. I know because they came to sing songs, but not long after, the fun time was over.

After a while, the guide called us back to the car and we headed back to the accommodation (I feel like a Teletubby right now) The fun is over 555

After finishing my shower, it was time to go out and find something to eat. Today, I walked along the path and came across the Chai Si Noodles and Dumplings shop.

This is a Thai dish, and if you go a little further, it's five-star chicken. But I decided to eat red pork and crispy pork with rice instead. Well, I'm in Thailand, so I won't eat it.

After a satisfying meal, we went to buy tickets for the morning bus to Vientiane. The bus will pick us up at our accommodation at 8:30 am. Then, we returned to our room to rest.


My whole body is sore, but it was so much fun. Tomorrow I'm going to the cave. I asked the locals how to get there and luckily someone gave me directions.

I slept like a log last night because I was so tired. I don't know when I passed out, but I woke up this morning.

I woke up early today. Oh no, will I make it in time? The clock says 7:15 AM. Okay, I asked for directions yesterday, so it shouldn't take long to bike there.

Rent a bike and ride to the important place! ! ! ! ! Don't forget to wear sunscreen, or you'll melt. It's still very early.

But on the way back, I imagined it would be very hot. At first, it was like, "Hey, okay, it's got a great vibe."

What is this kind of beautiful aura? But I didn't have time to be happy for long, what the hell is this?
