ll Summer S P L A S H ll
2 days 1 night
Hello, this is our first post. Please take care of us.
After the final exam of the last subject is over, the semester is over! The semester is over! The semester is over! .......Yay!!!
Where to go? Where to go? Where to go? Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock
Go to the sea?
Go, 1 vote, go, 2 votes, go, 3 votes. As for the 4th person, you don't have to ask, of course.
Let's go > > Go to Sattahip.
Where to see turtles?
The Royal Thai Navy Sea Turtle Conservation Center in Sattahip is open to the public for free. There are turtles from 1 month old to several decades old.
The story goes that one of the members dropped their sunglasses into the turtle pond. Oh no!!! What to do, what to do? They rushed to tell the soldier who was scooping out the trash from the turtle pond. "Sir, sir, my sunglasses fell into the turtle pond. Can you please scoop them up for me?" The soldier said, "This is 3 meters deep. This stick is not long enough. Can you come back in the evening? We change the water in the pond every day." ......." Okay, thank you very much." They were relieved. ..... The soldier was very kind, very kind.
(When feeding the turtles, don't forget to put your sunglasses on your shirt. Otherwise, you'll be like the author's friend.)
//If I grow up, I'll definitely be more handsome.//
//Haha, handsome like me, little guy//
The turtle has already seen it. Let's sit on the rock and watch the sea together.
This trip was all about eating, eating, and more eating! We stopped by the Saemsarn fresh market to buy seafood at incredibly low prices.
We bought fresh seafood and had it steamed and grilled right there. Before we knew it, our hands were full of delicious food. We then headed to the beach to enjoy our feast with the crystal-clear water.
It was so relaxing! The cool sea breeze, the delicious seafood (shrimp for 280 baht/kg, sweet clams for 160 baht/kg, fresh squid of various sizes (prices were similar at all stalls), and blue crabs for 300 baht/kg (we recommend the second stall from the left when facing the market. In terms of quality, size, and price, this stall is the winner. You need to arrive before 11 am, though, or the regulars will have already reserved the crabs from the auntie who owns the stall because they're so good and cheap). Most stalls offer steaming, grilling, and baking services for free, but some charge per kilogram. It depends on the terms of each stall.
After spending a good amount of time relaxing on the beach, it was time to check in to our accommodation. We stayed at Sattahiptale.
// Let's talk about Sattahiptale //
If you're looking for a boutique guesthouse with a hostel vibe, this is the place for you. The prices are in the hundreds, the views are worth millions, and the quality is top-notch. It's truly amazing! The place is clean, and the owner, Jack, is incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided us with excellent information from the moment we booked our room until we checked in.
We stayed in the "Sailor" room for 350 baht per person. We give it a 10/10 rating!
The rooftop view of the accommodation is so chill, it goes on forever.
Million views for a hundred baht for the two of us
Looking far away, that's Luang Pho I's temple.
Willow tree, small tree
Now that we're in Sattahip, we have to pay our respects to Krom Luang Chumphon.
>> Let's go up the hill, it's a long way up. We saw pig-tailed macaques everywhere, both small and large.
The view is amazing, the clouds are very dark too.
>> It's raining! What should we do? >>> Run! (Finally, I have the experience of being chased by rain on Khao Chumphon.)
It's raining, let's have some sweet drinks at the coffee beach shop. >> Sit and chill by the sea.
We were chatting until the power went out!!!! We couldn't go back to our accommodation because it was also out.
>> What should we do? Let's just sit here and wait for the power to come back before going back.
After a while, the Line notification sound went off. >>" We're saved tonight." (The owner of the accommodation messaged us to say that the power is back.)
Yay!!!!!
We're hungry! What should we do about dinner? >> Should we buy some food at the market and eat it on the rooftop?
Everyone is okay with that, say yes. >> Let's go shopping for dinner. >> At the "Dom Khuan" restaurant, the recommended menu is stir-fried cockles with chili paste (in the market).
Another full meal.
We can't go anywhere else because we're full, so we just sit and chill on the rooftop, planning our trip for the next day.
We went back down to take a shower, rest, and prepare for our trip tomorrow.
Day 2, next station Rayong!
Good morning! The alarm clock woke us up.
The four of us went up to the rooftop to watch the sunrise and the morning atmosphere. It was amazing...
We showered, got dressed, and had breakfast.
Let's go to Rayong >>> On the way, we watched the series I see you. It was fun. We were awake and asleep, haha.
We stopped for dessert at Inspire Inner Cake. It was delicious! :9
Let's continue to Thung Prong Thong .......... It's beautiful, beautiful, but then the dark clouds followed as well. It is recommended to come on weekdays, there are almost no people.
After walking around until satisfied, it was time for lunch.
Stopped by Mr. Keam's fish dumpling shop >>> Good, delicious, tempting, and cheap too. I recommend the cold fish noodle with tom yum soup for 50 baht. It comes with small shrimp, fish dumplings, pork ribs (yes, with meat!), crispy fried fish skin, and other ingredients, filling the bowl to the brim.
Full of food, eyelids start to droop
Slept all the way
