The rainy season has started, and the water has arrived. Let's go visit a waterfall together.

Hello friends, today Jack invites you to visit Huai Mae Khamin Waterfall. This trip took place at the end of July 2015, but I picked it up to tell in 2016.

Come on!!! Anyway, the information is still usable. It's just that I haven't had any trips lately, so I've been thinking about where I've been and liked.

And I haven't had the chance to share the story with my friends yet.

The Huai Mae Khamin waterfall is also floating up because it is the rainy season. Wow, it's been almost a year. Should we write it? But we can't really leave this trip behind. I really like the pictures from this trip.

Let's get to know Huai Mae Khamin Waterfall a little bit first.

Huai Mae Khamin Waterfall is located in the Srinakarin Dam National Park. It is considered one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Thailand.

It is a limestone waterfall originating from the Mae Khamin stream. The color of the waterfall is greenish, but at Erawan Waterfall it is more bluish. They are beautiful in different ways.

There are a total of 7 levels: 1 Dong Wan, 2 Man Khamin, 3 Wang Na Pha, 4 Chat Kaeo, 5 Lai Chon Long, 6 Dong Phi Sue, and 7 Rom Klao. The total distance is 2,270 meters.

The park also has a nature trail. Those who are interested can contact the staff at the tourist information center.

Amenities include accommodation, parking, camping grounds, restrooms, showers, a restaurant, and a convenience store. Services are available from approximately 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Tourists can book accommodation in the park themselves and through the internet at http://www.dnp.go.th/

From what we know, it is a very beautiful waterfall. The pictures are amazing. The journey is incredibly difficult.

The road isn't very good, so cars are out of the question. The other option is to take the car on a ferry, which sounds like a lot of trouble. Do you think we'll ever get to go?

One day, I heard the news that the road to the park is now paved and easily accessible. Yay! I'm so happy!

The journey has begun. Wowwwwwww, so excited! The waterfall of my dreams!!!!!!

Hold on, let me sell something first. If you want to get to know me better, say hello, chat, or ask for advice, feel free to do so, but please don't ask to borrow money. Haha. Here's the place.

Let's go! Let's continue our journey.

Checking the calendar, I saw a long weekend for Asalha Puja, so I decided to go with my sister.

We drove a sedan together. We went camping at the waterfall for 1 night and then went to Sangkhla for another night.

The journey begins from Kanchanaburi city center, running on Saeng Chuto Road. At Kaeng Sean intersection, head towards Si Sawat district, which is Highway No. 3199.

Let's stop for some energy first.

Full, then take a picture. Oops, that's not right.

After we were full, we continued our journey, driving along the road. We will find the entrance to Tha Thung Na Dam first. Don't enter, it's not there yet. We drove on and entered the sign for the entrance to Srinakarin Dam. Go straight ahead to Erawan Waterfall. We will pass the Erawan Municipal Market.

You can stop here to buy supplies, because there will be no more markets after this. Go straight ahead and you will reach a three-way intersection soon.

Turn left here. The landmark is a sign pointing to Huai Khamin Waterfall, 44 kilometers away, and a sign to Tham Phra That Cave.

We continued on the road, driving for a while, still unsure if we were on the right path. The road was paved with asphalt, smooth and comfortable, with some sections made of concrete. The surrounding area was dense forest.

The road was lined with houses, spaced far apart. In some stretches, there were resorts. We were still far from the national park. As we drove, we saw a signpost, which reassured us.

Okay, okay, we're on the right track. We feel like it's been a long time coming. 5555

Yay! We've arrived! We got here around 2:00 PM and paid the park entrance fee first.

Park entrance fee

New fine fee 1 Feb 2021

Thai people: Children 50 baht, adults 100 baht

Foreigners Children 200 baht Adults 300 baht

Camping fee is 60 baht per night.

Once you've paid, find a parking spot and then move your belongings to the camping area to claim your tent space. Feel free to set up camp wherever you like, as long as you stay within the designated area. Don't worry if you haven't brought your own tent; the park has some available for rent.

The fourth tier of the waterfall is right next to the tent site, just 100 meters from the park headquarters. You can literally fall asleep listening to the sound of the waterfall.

Okay, once the tents are set up, let's go see the waterfalls. We'll walk the side that's levels 1-4 first. The path is easy to walk (much easier than Erawan).

We started walking down from the 4th floor, passing the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st floors in that order. However, we will present the information starting from the 1st floor.

Floor 1: Dong Wan

Isn't it beautiful? Come on, let's keep walking.

The trees and grass along the path are also beautiful.

Second floor, turmeric curtain

The forest here is very fertile. The air is very good too.

From the 2nd floor, we will find another small floor, which is equally beautiful.

Let's have some fun together.

Mom, please come down.

We have arrived at the 3rd floor of Wang Na Pha.

Mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms. It's a pity they're already wilted.

Back up to the tent site to see the guest floor, the 4th floor, the glass umbrella. This floor is the most beautiful. (But I don't know if our picture is beautiful 5555)

Standing and looking at it with pleasure, I'm glad I came here. It's beautiful. Jack is also satisfied with the pictures he got, I think they are the most beautiful in the world (personal world).

Just walking this much is tiring. Seriously, these 4 floors, I started walking around 2:45 PM and finished around 5 PM. I'm exhausted, and my shoes are about to break.

Okay, okay. It seems like everything is not going well. I won't walk 5-7 floors anymore. I'll just walk 4 floors. If my legs don't hurt tomorrow, I'll walk 5-7 floors. Hehe.

After walking around the waterfall and getting beautiful pictures, I sat down for a while near the 4th floor. I took some pictures of the view and then some pictures of people.

It's been a while since I've been alone, so I wanted to capture some suspenseful photos.

What we can't see, we think looks good.

After we were no longer tired, we recharged with sticky rice and grilled chicken that we bought from the restaurant where we had lunch. After we finished eating, it was already dark. We took a shower and went to sleep.

You should bring a flashlight with you. The path to the bathroom is dark, and the tent area is also poorly lit.

At night, I tried to take pictures of the stars, but I couldn't see any. In the morning, I tried to take pictures of the sunrise, but I couldn't see the sun.

Okay, we give up. You're not coming, are you, Sun? Then let's go take a shower, pack up the tent, and take some general pictures.

In summary, my legs are sore from climbing floors 5-7, so I won't be walking. Instead, I'll enjoy a cup of morning coffee while watching the monks collect alms.

Restaurant.

I've captured enough photos to my heart's content, time to move on. Goodbye Huai Mae Khamin Waterfall, I'll be back to explore the 5th to 7th tiers soon!

Even though I haven't walked the whole place, I've already taken so many beautiful pictures. Look, there are so many beautiful places to visit! How can I not love Kanchanaburi?

Thank you to my friends who have been following and reading. I hope this post will be useful to you in some way.

Have a wonderful trip, friends! See you again when the trip happens.
