The Pavilion, an international buffet restaurant located on the ground floor of the Dusit Thani Hotel, Bangkok, is one of the most famous and long-standing buffet restaurants. It can be said that if you like to eat international buffets in hotels, almost everyone will have the name of The Pavilion restaurant on their list. 'Lobster'
Each guest will receive a large, succulent, and sweet lobster. You can choose between a cold or grilled lobster. We recommend the cold lobster as it is sweeter and juicier than the grilled lobster, which is chewier and drier.

Enjoy unlimited lobster claws, shrimp, mantis shrimp, European crab, blue crab, and 6 types of imported oysters, freshly shucked with a variety of dipping sauces. The Thai-style seafood sauce is also available and is spicy and delicious. Highly recommended.

'Raw fish, sushi, and rolls'
Good quality raw fish, fresh and well-cut. Recommended.
Sushi is bite-sized, looks good, and the rice has some flavor. Okay.
Maki is full of ingredients and well-made. Good standard.

'Bread and Cheese'
The bread is delicious, and the cheese is of good quality.

'Cold Dish'
Cold cuts with good thickness, made with good ingredients and well-prepared. In addition, there are menus that are arranged in just the right amount, such as Curried Norwegian Salmon, Assorted Balsamic Glazed Grilled Vegetables, and many other menus.

'Hot Dish'
Lamb Shank (แกะอบ) - Tender with a subtle, characteristic lamb aroma. Well-seasoned. Recommended.
Pan Fried Snow Fish - Large, thick pieces of snow fish with a good texture. The fish is firm and flavorful, with a rich tomato sauce. Highly recommended.
Roasted Chicken Leg - The chicken is juicy and tender, with a pleasant flavor. Well-prepared.
Beef Bourguignon (Red Wine Beef Stew) - Large, thick pieces of beef that are tender and well-braised. The stew is richly flavored and well-seasoned. Recommended.
Additional dishes include: Grilled Polenta, French-style baked potatoes, and creamy pea soup.

Chicken Green Curry Fried Rice – Fried dry, good taste, okay
Black Pepper Beef Stir-fry – Large, thick, tender beef stir-fried with fragrant black pepper, well-seasoned, well done
Asparagus Stir-fried with Shrimp – Bouncy shrimp, asparagus pieces are just the right size, cooked crispy, no fiber, full of flavor, good standard
Pork Leg with Steamed Buns – Soft skin, soft meat, good smell and taste, served with soft and chewy steamed buns, standard
Mixed Vegetable Curry with Shrimp and Pork Stew with Cha-om leaves

Chinese Food
Highlights:
- Crab Meat Noodles: Large chunks of crab meat, tender dumplings, and flavorful roasted duck with a rich, slightly salty broth. A good standard.
- Chicken Rice: Tender and juicy chicken with standard oily rice. The highlight is the flavorful and aromatic dipping sauce. Highly recommended.

The classic atmosphere is beautiful, bright, clean, tidy, and spacious. It is easy to walk around. The service is good. The lobster per person is well done and impressive. There are many menus of various styles to choose from. The ingredients are fresh, clean, and of good quality. The menu is seasoned by hand. The overall taste is rich and clear. It is well done. Adding money for unlimited drinks makes the food even more delicious. Overall, The Pavilion still maintains the quality of the buffet very well.
