After a tiring 5-day work week, let's escape to the fresh air of Kanchanaburi this weekend.

We will take you to sleep in a peaceful atmosphere close to nature.

Here it is, "Baan Klang Thung Organic Home"

We departed from Century Mall and took a shared van to Kanchanaburi-Phanom Thuan for 130 baht per person.

We informed the driver in advance that we would get off at the front of Hippo Company.

When you see the sign on the side of the road that says Nong Khao Village, you can prepare to get off.

We arrived at Hippo Company in no time.

Then I called Aunt Add.

We waited for a while, and Aunt Add, the owner of the house in the middle of the field, came to pick us up.

All along the way before reaching

We will see that it is full of rice fields.

The air is really refreshing.

It took less than 10 minutes to get there by car.

No sooner had I arrived than my stomach started to growl.

Aunt Add, do you have anything for me to eat?

I'm so hungry. Aunt, you said it's easy to eat here.

I'll make you an omelet with mushrooms. Just wait a moment.

While waiting for Aunt Add to cook,

We walked around exploring the rooms here.

For the house in the middle of the field, there are 3 houses in total.

This house has 3 rooms.

The first room is the Honey room for couples. This room is a bit small,

but the bathroom is very large. We were able to take a picture of the front of the room because someone was staying there.

The second room is a Japanese-style room.

It has a bit of a Japanese feel to it.

The last room is the Ozone room.

It's our own room.

All bathrooms here are open-air.

You can enjoy showering with nature.

Nature is so big that even grasshoppers come to see it. Haha.

The next house is called Haiku.

Because Aunt Ad is a person who likes to think and write.

Japanese poetry style In the room, there will be full of poetry books.

So this is the origin of this house.

The last house is a Thai house.

Suitable for families to stay together. Can accommodate 4 people.

Under the Thai house, there is a place to sit and relax.

You can sit and read a book here.

Hey, are you hungry? Let's go get some food.

I'm starving. I got so caught up reading.

The food here is all organic.

Every dish is full of vegetables because Auntie Ad hasn't eaten meat for a long time.

This is what the food looks like.

Omelette with chili paste

Starting to get hungry now, aren't you? Hahaha

Stir-fried minced pork with basil served with brown rice

Let's try eating clean.

We've been eating a lot of meat in the city.

But whether we'll be full or not, we'll see. Haha.

For those who are afraid of not being full,

It is recommended to buy snacks to stock up.

Otherwise, if you get hungry, there will be nothing to eat.

You will have to wait until morning.

Snacks are only whole wheat bread.

Toasted crispy with blueberry jam

You can eat it all day, Aunt Ad said.

Eat with hot tea, it's delicious.

After we were full, we went to see the mushroom hut.

Simple ingredients, both fresh and crispy.

Delicious mushrooms from Baan Klang Thung.

Even on the mushroom hut, there is still beauty

From the peacock's tail flower, let's take a look.

Even though it has fallen from the tree

But it is still full of brightness.

Once we were full and had some energy, we went out for a bike ride.

We went out to breathe in the fresh air from the rice fields.

There are many bikes to choose from here.

Choose whichever bike you like.

Not far from the start,

I encountered a herd of cows and buffalo.

The grass here is very lush.

With such good weather,

the two of us cycled for a long time.

Seeing the lush green rice fields like this,

We couldn't help but take some photos.

After cycling,

let's continue walking through the flower garden.

Evening Buddha's love flowers.

Dinner

Still full of clean as usual

I'm sure my weight will drop sharply when I get back.

After we finished eating, we came to read books together.

Aunt Ad is a person who loves to read books very much.

You can see that the books are full on every floor.

Every house is also packed with books.

Aunt Add was born in the year of the horse.

So there are a lot of horse paintings.

Aunt Add said that this picture is because she is getting old.

She wants to have this picture as an inspiration.

When she sees it, she will have the strength of a young horse like in the picture.

We continued chatting with Auntie Ad until she recommended a haiku book.

It's a book she wrote and printed herself.

I guess I have to read it now.

Let's see how good Auntie Ad's writing skills are.

Aunt Add is starting to get sleepy.

It's time for us to go home now.

And then we fell asleep with a good atmosphere from the house in the middle of the field.

Good morning with a good atmosphere by the window

Very refreshing

Before breakfast, take a walk to see the orchids.

A new morning that everyone wants to wake up to with good weather like this.

We woke up a little early today.

The cook, Pa, hasn't arrived yet.

So someone asked to be Pa Ad's assistant.

We ended up cooking our own breakfast.

This morning we're going international with a thick and fluffy whole wheat sandwich.

Take a big bite with a hot cup of Ovaltine and enjoy the view of the trees.

What could be more blissful than this?

It's time to say goodbye to Aunt Add.

There is no refrigerator, no TV, only fresh air.

There is organic food to choose from.

If we have the chance, we will come back to see you again.

Aunt Add called a songthaew for us before we left.

If we had found it ourselves, it would have been more expensive.

So we got a fixed price to the bridge over the River Kwai.

For 200 baht.

And we got to see many things on the bridge

People, tourists, who many people

Have visited the bridge over the River Kwai

A classic bridge

That remains a must-visit every time

"The hustle and bustle of city life

leaves us with less time for ourselves.

Taking a break and immersing ourselves in nature like this

is a beautiful way to reconnect with ourselves."
