After yesterday, Little Mouse took us to see the world-famous Eiffel Tower.

Despite returning to our accommodation late at night, everyone was up early the next morning, excited to explore the city. Our first destination was a magnificent architectural landmark, but we'll save that for later. We had a more important task at hand: testing the route from our accommodation to Gare de l'Est, the train station we would be using the following day. Our plan was to travel to the next city on the TGV2363, departing at 6:55 AM. Therefore, we needed to purchase our tickets and familiarize ourselves with the escape routes and travel time from our accommodation to the station. This was crucial for calculating our wake-up and travel times to avoid any potential delays that could disrupt our carefully planned itinerary.

The atmosphere this morning is really refreshing.

Take the subway to Gare de l'Est station

From our accommodation, we took the metro to Gare de l'Est station. Then, we walked from the metro station to the SNCF train station to find the yellow ticket machine. I had already purchased the ticket online, but I accidentally chose the wrong menu. Instead of printing it on A4 paper so I could board the train directly, I chose the menu to issue a ticket with the SNCF self-service terminal at the station. This added another layer of complexity. Before coming, I had to do some research on how to issue the ticket because if I made a mistake, it would mean that I would have to buy a new ticket, which is not cheap. More importantly, would I still have time to catch the train I wanted? This was the big problem.

The Line 5 subway takes us directly to Gare de l'Est station.

We have arrived at Gare de l'Est.

We found the yellow cabinet we were looking for.

This paper we printed to bring the code to issue tickets.

The result of doing homework well, everything went smoothly without any problems. When the ticket was issued, I walked around to inspect and study how to see the train and platform from the screen. When everything was ready, it was time for today's highlight.

Your flight ticket for tomorrow has been successfully issued.

Explore the surrounding area first, so you won't miss anything tomorrow.

This is what we will be riding in tomorrow.

We will definitely be sitting in this atmosphere tomorrow.

Today's program is a request from Nulek, who asked to include it in the Paris tour program. Our tour may not be like others that go to the Louvre Museum or the Palace of Versailles when visiting France. We choose to go here instead. Palais Garnier or Opéra de Paris is the Palais Garnier Opera House, an opera house built by Charles Garnier. It is a Neo-Baroque architecture, considered a masterpiece of architecture of that era. This place is not included in the Museum Pass, but the entrance fee of 11 Euros is not expensive compared to what you get to see. Because just from what I studied before going, it was so magnificent that I wanted to see the real thing.

From the train station, you can take the subway to the Opera station.

And when you get out of the Metro and go up to the front, you will see a large building. Just the building itself is enough to make you excited and stunned.

You can start your journey from the subway station here.

When you arrive at the Opera station, follow the exit signs (Sortie) that say Palais Garnier.

As soon as I emerged from the subway station, the Palais Garnier Opera House stood majestically before me.

It's amazing how they can carve stone to make it look like flowing fabric.

Don't just be amazed by the grand beauty, walk to the back of the building to buy tickets at the back entrance. Pay and get your ticket, then you can walk around as you please. If you're worried about the money, walk around as much as you want, walk as long as you want, and spend as much time as you want. The advantage of this place not being included in the Museum Pass is that there won't be many crowds. Chinese tour groups won't come and make you dizzy.

Along the way to the destination, there are beautiful sculptures to admire.

The entrance to buy tickets and visit is behind the statue of Charles Garnier.

I have received the admission ticket.

Upon entering the exhibition, be warned to keep your mind and heart focused on the present moment. Because when you see the little mouse, I believe everyone will feel no different from me. We will be unable to contain our amazement at the magnificent beauty and intricate artistry that adorns every atom. They have captured the beauty in every detail, every nook and cranny. It is worth the money and time spent to visit. Come on, let's go in and see it together.

The highlights here are the Grand Escalier and the Grand Foyer, which are impossible to miss as you must walk past them. The Grand Escalier is a beautiful and luxurious staircase with alternating landings and arches. The high, vaulted ceiling with its painted decorations makes the staircase even more striking and valuable. All of this needs no explanation or description. Just take a look at my amateur photos to get an idea of its beauty.

This place also has other magnificent rooms to see. Stay tuned for more. I will take you on a tour to get your money's worth.
