A visit to Wat Phra Pi Nang ... on the top of a mountain in Thap Than District, Nakhon Sawan Province


The weather is not very hot today...because it rained from 4 am to 7 am this morning.

Drive your car up to the parking lot.... There are 2 ways to get to the top of the mountain

1. 20 baht round trip bus fare.

2. Climb 300 steps up the stairs.

Choose to walk up... the atmosphere below at the parking lot... before going up the stairs.

After that, I drove a long way to Chaiyaphum... up to the top of Phang Heo Mountain, Trai Thong National Park, Chaiyaphum.

The day before…it rained (April 29-30, 2016)

Tonight (May 1, 2016) there are only stars.... You will definitely see the Milky Way.... Please wait and see

There are bathrooms + showers...no electricity...no food as usual (8am - 4pm...instant noodles are available for sale with hot water from a wood stove + drinks + snacks)...but we have prepared dinner in advance...don't expect water from the well.

Going down to test the camera... in the early evening... on the night of May 1, 2016... I saw the Milky Way for sure.



Wait... according to the schedule



After 11:00 p.m., wait for the Khlong Chang rock group.


The elephant is lying horizontally on the ground... It's not very clear because of the light interference.



After midnight .... came down to the White Rock University. Got an elephant lying horizontally parallel to the ground.



After that, I took a quick nap and set my alarm for 1:20 AM. I woke up with a backache, but I lifted my legs too high (I didn't wake up in time).



Fell asleep again... This time I woke up at 4:20 am and the moon was already up.... But at least it was directly overhead in the south.





Time is up... go to sleep on the tent... until morning... the weather is very good on the 2nd day of the trip

The journey from Chaiyaphum, over Phang Heuy Mountain, through Phakdi Chumphon District, to Phetchabun was marked by heavy rain.

Red mud is flowing down from those two mountains... Scary... Arrived in Nakhon Pathom at midnight...
