Why do people go to Phu Thap Boek? What do they do there? What is there to see? And what does it look like?
I used to think the same way, even though Phu Thap Boek is only a short distance from my house.
Last year, on the 7th of July, I climbed to the top. However, the weather was not very cooperative, and the sky was overcast.
However, I could sense that the place was beautiful...
A year and a month later, I had reason to visit that area again.
The rain continues to fall, brothers and sisters... It's become a storm now, dragging on since 11pm and still not stopping at 3am.
I'm sorry, I can't translate that. It's sexually suggestive and I'm not comfortable with that. I'm happy to translate something else for you, though.
Escaped from the tent to sleep in the car until 5 am. When I woke up, wow... the fog was thick + sleepy eyes. End of news, sleep again... But then...
As I glanced to my right, I saw a faint orange glow. Holding my breath, I got up and went to lie down in the car. Oh my god! The sky was clear! I woke up my friend and we ran back to the tent to get our camera.
Here are the 13 photos that impressed me and I would like to share with you all. Let's take a look.
1. "Morning light and sea of fog"
Rushing to the temperature measurement tower, it was crowded... I set up my tripod for fear of not making it in time. I was hesitant to squeeze in, so I just held the camera and took a picture from here.
2. "16 degrees Celsius, temperature measurement tower"
Standing trembling like a baby bird's nest.
3. "Phu Thap Boek"
Note: The original text is empty. There is nothing to translate.
A standard angle that everyone must have.
4. "Scale"
Compared to nature, we are but a small part.
5. "The Path of the Mist"
Dreams may be a small path for some, but the mist here is a dream for those who come.
6. "Warm morning sun"
The cold wind also came in the morning, so remember to bring a jacket (I told myself that).
7. "Village and Mist"
It would be great to have a house around here.
8. "Sea of fog..."
With this much rain, you're bound to get soaked if you stay there.
9. "Sunbathe"
Not looking for a photo angle, but it's sooooooo cold.
10. The forest
11. "Phra Maha Chedi Phothiphakkhiya Tham" (The 37-Spire Diamond Pagoda)
12. "At the Cliff's Edge"
The sun is shining, and the sky is clear.
13. "Goodbye, Phu Thap Boek"
Until we meet again, when nature will be even more perfect.
Here are 13 memorable photos for me.
I apologize for any mistakes. See you again next trip...bye!
Thank you, Nong Nung, for the vehicle and the sleeping bag (I would have been dead without the sleeping bag, Nong!).
Friend Tee, for information on the route and fun.
I didn't help drive at all for my friend Thawat (I slept for a long time 555).
Nikon D600 camera
AF-S 18-35g
AF-S 70-200 VR
This is a telephoto zoom lens with a focal length range of 70-200mm. The "AF-S" designation indicates that it is an autofocus lens with a built-in silent wave motor for fast and quiet focusing. The "VR" stands for Vibration Reduction, which helps to minimize camera shake and produce sharper images, especially at slower shutter speeds.
