The service provided by the staff was clearly standardized and consistent.

The service lives up to the standards of a fine dining establishment, with each staff member demonstrating professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.

The staff consistently inquired about customer satisfaction, demonstrating courtesy, humility, and promptness.



This evening's dinner will be served in courses, a tradition originating in France.

It's time to order food!



To whet your appetite, we begin with a selection of starter dishes, each served in a small portion.

The food is intensely flavorful, designed to stimulate the appetite and awaken the taste buds.

For the next dish, I ordered the following:



"Hokkaido scallop, served with cauliflower purée, pea shoots, and white truffle oil."

Imported asparagus spears served with truffle cream, mascarpone, and cherry vinegar.



Tender asparagus spears, still crisp and bursting with the earthy aroma of truffle and the rich creaminess of mascarpone cheese, rise to meet the nose.


The chef's cooking method is truly an excellent way to stimulate the appetite. I couldn't help but finish the dish in just a few bites.

The initial feeling now is that the engine is on and ready to go for the next dish.



Hokkaido scallops emphasize the taste and firmness of the scallops, with a strong aroma of truffle mushrooms.


We would like to order two more plates of Hokkaido scallops, but we are mindful that this is just the starter.

A variety of other dishes are being prepared and will be served soon. I almost succumbed to my hunger with the tempting appetizers.
