As a starting point, it's important to note that Khlong Lan Waterfall holds a special place in my heart (from a photographic perspective).
Most people see it as a mere stopover, as a quick search reveals that most destinations are further down the road, with people stopping to admire the waterfall and then moving on.
Therefore, it is a waterfall that does not attract much attention.
The waterfall is breathtakingly beautiful, cascading down a high cliff into a pool before meandering its way down in a series of gentle curves.
And along the stream, there are tall trees covering the stream, the shape is very beautiful.
Notably, this waterfall is incredibly accessible, with the falls visible from the parking lot.
Now that we've covered the basics, let's move on to discussing travel and accommodation options.
And thank you all for taking the time to watch.
This trip began with me leaving Chonburi, passing through Bangkok, and heading straight to Kamphaeng Phet, a distance of 460 km.
I left Chonburi at 5 am, picked up a friend in Bangkok at 6 am, and arrived at around noon.
We stopped for lunch at Krua Dala Restaurant, as there were no restaurants within the park, only a coffee shop.
Three of us ate together today and ordered lunch boxes to eat in the evening. We paid 530 baht. The taste was okay.
After finishing our meal, we went to inquire about accommodation. The price was 600 baht per room. Although online booking was available, we decided to walk in and inquire directly. Fortunately, there were still rooms available.
If you sleep more than 2 people, add 100 baht per person. There are 3 rooms: a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. There is hot water, a hot water kettle, and a fan.
Air conditioning is not necessary as the nights are quite cold. The room layout is as shown in the picture.
I chose the house in the forest because it is close to the waterfall and I can see the waterfall from the front of the house.
Interior condition.
After settling into our accommodation, we headed down to admire the waterfall. During the afternoon, there was a steady stream of visitors coming and going. However, by around 5 pm, the place was practically deserted.
I continued taking photos. It was a bit eerie, but also peaceful.
My photographs primarily focus on the flow of water, juxtaposed with the surrounding trees, with the waterfall serving as a backdrop.
Enjoy watching! I love this tree because it is covered with other plants.
A close-up view of the waterfall.
I will refrain from reviewing restaurants in Nakhon Sawan on the return trip, as I believe it would be excessive and potentially tedious.
On the way back, we stopped by the Face Cliff shop.
Ordered food: deep-fried minced fish cakes, deep-fried small river prawns, green curry with fish ball, sun-dried pork, and 4 plates of rice. The total cost was 735 baht.
There is leftover green curry with sun-dried pork to eat at home.
The taste is good. The sun-dried pork is very delicious when it is hot, but it will be a little hard when it is cold. Overall, I think it is good.
Thank you all for visiting.
See you again next time.
