The incident stemmed from my desire to travel solo. I searched the web for reviews and stumbled upon a tour train to Trai Yoi Nok Waterfall, which seemed incredibly appealing.

However, if we go alone, who will take pictures for us? Therefore, we need to find a victim, I mean, we need to find a friend to go with us.

So I made a plan with my friends to go to a waterfall in Kanchanaburi.

On the agreed-upon Sunday, our friend arrived before us, so we asked them to buy the tickets in advance. We took a taxi to Hua Lamphong Station for 75 baht from the Charoenrat area. Our friend took two motorbike taxis and a taxi for a total of 55 baht.

It seems that… tickets to Kanchanaburi are fully booked. What a shame! When I inquired about other routes, the only option available was a round-trip to Suan Son Pradipat, Hua Hin, for 120 baht.

"Alright, since we're already here, let's not waste the trip. Let's go. It probably won't be that bad."

And so we decided to go to the pine forest, even though we didn't know what was there. Haha.

The train departed at approximately 6:35 AM, demonstrating excellent timekeeping.

We arrived in Nakhon Pathom around 8:20 AM.

Grab a bite to eat, I'm hungry. It's a 35 baht spicy milk noodle soup.

The train stops for approximately 25 minutes, but I'm not sure. It departs on time, so don't miss it, especially from the first station.

The train will then split from the one heading to Trai Yoi Nok Waterfall at Nong Pla Duk Junction.

Passengers can disembark at Cha-am Beach or Hua Hin Beach as the train makes its stops.

Along the way, if anyone wants to buy dry noodles to eat on the way back or souvenirs, there are many other desserts such as coconut custard, banana cake, fresh sugar cane juice, and many more.

Customers can order by stating their table number. Staff will then take their order and collect payment.

We each ordered a bowl of noodles for 20 baht, along with some coconut milk custard and banana fritters.

We arrived at the pine forest at almost 11 o'clock.

Upon arrival, we were stunned. The initial impression was one of slight disappointment, as we only saw a beach, the sea, and a few pine trees.

Since we're already here, let's stay for almost 5 hours. Let's take some photos and then find a place to sit.

As the shoot progressed, I began to feel more comfortable.

This place feels peaceful and perfect for relaxation. If you enjoy simply lounging and taking in the sea breeze and views, this is the ideal spot for you.

This place is perfect for...

We had a blast taking photos because there were few people around. (Just walk around and take photos at any angle.)

We noticed that the surrounding views were quite beautiful, so we considered staying there for a while, as our friends were hungry.

We went to the food court to find something to eat, as the prices there are more affordable.

Seafood fried rice 40 baht

Fermented egg salad 50 baht, if it's a whole one, 300 baht each. It's delicious.

Horseshoe nail 50 baht

And then there was sticky rice, which our friend wasn't full from. She wanted to eat fried chicken too, haha. So she went to buy some.

After finishing our meal, we continued to take photos together.

As we continued walking, we encountered numerous photogenic spots, solidifying our initial impression that this was an excellent choice for a visit.

Lost in the joy of photography, we nearly missed our 3:30 PM train appointment.

Our friend lost their phone! They were too busy posing for photos, haha. Luckily, they found it in time and didn't miss their train.

Here are the steamed sweet potato and coconut custard and crispy coconut cookies you ordered, photographed in the bag. Haha.

The sweets should be placed on the top shelf, as we placed them on the cushion and ants came up. Haha.

This is fish ball dry noodles.

The train then arrived at Nong Pla Duk Junction, where it was coupled with the train to the waterfall. This took a considerable amount of time.

This resulted in arriving at Huaplong approximately half an hour later than the scheduled time.

The sightseeing train only has two routes:

Suan Son Pradiphat, Hua Hin

Trai Yok Noi Waterfall, Kanchanaburi

The price is 120 baht. The morning train departs at 6:30 AM and arrives at Hua Lamphong Station around 7:30 PM.

To avoid disappointment, it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance. Trains depart every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday.
