This trip was a long time ago, around May during a long weekend. I went on so many trips during long weekends that I can't remember the order anymore. I went to Prachuap Khiri Khan in May, and Bang Krachao and Ayutthaya in July. It seems I made a mistake in the month in the previous two posts. 555555+

Let's get straight to the point. Prachuap was my first photography trip. It was my first time spreading my wings to fly, but I couldn't fly solo yet. My mom was still by my side. This trip was with my family and my mom's friends. Their lifestyles were different from mine. I (Chompoo) love to travel to the fullest. This was the first trip that made me fall in love with photography and made me feel like "#Next time I'll go alone." Whenever we voted for a destination, I never won. I always had to go along with them. #Kind of frustrating. I learned about photography, finding angles, and secretly watching and following Uncle Jieb, my mom's friend. He would go to capture angles. I secretly watched and memorized his techniques and camera lenses. On this trip, I used a small Sony camera. I didn't have the money to buy a DSLR yet. (This was the only trip I used a Sony camera. All the others were Fujifilm.)

>This is our family of 4 hot girls, lol. The beautiful one with big eyes in front is my sister, not me, haha. <<

The journey began on May 5th. From the moment we set off, happiness filled our hearts.
We departed around 4:30 AM, making stops and bathroom breaks at every gas station along the way.
By 8:30 AM, we had reached Prachuap Khiri Khan.
We arrived at Ao Manao around 10:40 AM, just in time to watch the sunset.
We enjoyed a delicious meal and visited the aquarium, making for a truly memorable day.

At Ao Manao, when she smiles, I smile too. If you ask me if I've ever looked at someone's smile until I find myself smiling along, I'd say it's this girl right here.

Younger sister: Your outfit is great, except for the shoes.

Chompoo: What?! Do you want me to wear high heels to the beach? Oh, come on!

From Ao Manao Bay to the Aquarium

Petch: Mom! Look! A fish! A really big fish!

Chompoo: Okay, okay! (Runs after her, out of breath)

Behind the museum, there is the sea, but you can't swim there. The area is a beach, and the descent into the sea is steep. It's a 45-degree drop from the museum. After that, I went to my mother's friend's house. Her daughter is very well-behaved, unlike the one I saw earlier. We were all a bit tense.

Next, we went to the Wan Uthayan Khao Tham Mong Lai.

On May 6th, the group ascended Mount Lom Muak. They began their ascent at 6:40 AM and reached the summit around 7:40 AM. The descent commenced at 9:00 AM, and they arrived at the base of the mountain around 10:00 AM. At 11:00 AM, they had lunch and proceeded to Ao Noi Bay.

Get your body and shoes ready. No heavy makeup. But!!!! Don't forget your water bottle. You will be very thirsty. There is only one bottle of water, and four people will be drinking from it.

*Permission from the lady in green shirt is not obtained. I don't know her personally. I don't know when she was captured in the photo. These photos were taken by me. Some photos were taken by my uncle.

And then, the pig finally reached the top. During the climb, it was so tired that it thought it couldn't go any further. But! But!

Since it had come this far, it had to keep going. This is not the reason for its perseverance, but rather the reason it continued.

Man, right? The reason is the muscular guy on the far right.

You can say that they spread, climb, and fly after each other.

Chom: Hurry up!

Nong: Where are you going in such a hurry?

Chom: I'm going to follow the man. Oh... (Permission from the owner of the photo, taken without permission, is for personal admiration)

The ascent was already brutal, but the descent was even worse! Can I just stay up here? It's so high!

And I discovered my fear of heights. My legs were shaking so much on the way down!

A Few Tips:

1. Choose high-quality pants. Hiking pants are a good option. On one trip, one person wore baggy sweatpants and ripped them on a rock. Another person wore denim shorts and got scratches all over their legs. I wore tight-fitting sweatpants and the crotch ripped. If I have the chance to go again, I will definitely wear different pants.

2. Water is an absolute must. You might not be hungry now, but if you get hungry later and there's nothing to eat, you'll be extremely irritable and might not want to continue the journey.

3. Gloves. At first, I thought they were unnecessary. When climbing up, I didn't use the rope to pull myself up much. But when descending, I had to slide down the rope, and my hands were red, sore, and shaking. You'll need them, trust me.

4. Shoes: Don't use running shoes for climbing. They will wear out quickly. When the soles wear down, they become slippery.

Conquer Khao Lom Muak

Go conquer Khao Lom Muak, don't let it conquer you. You must climb it, no matter what.

After descending from the mountain, we took a shower and rested for a while. Then, we went to find something to eat and continued to Ao Noi. There wasn't much to see there, the sun was hot, and the water was warm. We took some pictures and then returned.

It's really small, just what you see here. #AowNoi
