This trip focuses on eating and sightseeing.

Departing from Bangkok at 6:00 AM, we traveled in a private van with our boss and a total of 8 people. Upon arriving in Kanchanaburi, we headed straight to Suk Sala Restaurant. Nearby is the famous Khao Man Gai restaurant, easily recognizable by its red-lipped woman logo. The food was incredibly delicious, the portions were generous, and the overall experience was fantastic.

After finishing their meal, they went for a walk to digest their food on the bridge over the River Kwai.

The scorching weather made the walk across the bridge a tiring experience. We were eager to find a place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, so we headed to Gin Lom Chom View Resort. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the resort had closed down. The gates were securely locked with chains, leaving us with no choice but to admire the view from outside the resort.

After a short walk and taking photos at the viewpoint, we continued to Ton Nam Restaurant for lunch. ……… The food was delicious.

Especially the fish curry……. I ate it over and over again. We waited to check in to the resort at 2 pm.

In the early afternoon, we left Baan Ton Nam to check into the resort.

We booked a twin house with two units and a detached house with one unit from the resort.

Before dinner, staff will visit each room to inquire about dining on the raft.
Those who wish to eat can inform them of their desired dishes, which will be prepared for them. Boarding time for the raft is 6:00 PM.
When the time approaches, the staff will use a loudspeaker to call out.
Fortunately, it did not rain that day. The staff informed us that our group was fortunate because the raft had not been used for several days due to the rain.

After playing on the playground for a while, we all went to take showers, as we were worried about not making it to the raft on time. After showering, we explored the resort a little.

It's time to explore the accommodation options. On the left, we have Ananta, and on the right, we have Lake Heaven. Both are beautiful, but they differ in design. Lake Heaven has a modern, water-loving vibe, while Ananta has a more traditional Thai style. Personally, I think Rak Nam is the most beautiful (but that's just my opinion!).

The raft was slowly pulled away. It moved gently, with a cool breeze that did not cause dizziness. The journey took approximately 1-2 hours. The raft was pulled a considerable distance.

We returned from the raft around 8:00 PM and brought back food to eat in our room. We didn't finish our food on the raft because we were too busy admiring the scenery. When we got back to our room, we had a few drinks to prepare for the evening's entertainment (mental math). Who won and who lost, don't ask! Tears will flow. 5555+

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It must have rained sometime during the night, because the air is so fresh.

Our group checked out at noon. While checking out, we asked the staff which papaya salad restaurant in front of the Erawan Waterfall entrance was the best. They told us the first restaurant on the right, next to the inflatable toy shop. Okay, let's go.

After finishing our meal, we were ready to set off for the waterfall. Initially, we planned to visit Huai Mae Khamin Waterfall, but we didn't have enough time as it closed at 3:30 PM. Therefore, we decided to go to Erawan Waterfall instead. As soon as we arrived, it started to rain. (We went to the waterfall but ended up getting soaked by the rain.)

After a heartbreaking experience at the waterfall, we embarked on our return journey. During our trip back, we stopped for dinner at the Aom Tin Gai restaurant, which was an absolute delight.

The escargot is truly delicious.

Before returning to Bangkok, we stopped by Aob-Aun House for dessert.
P.S. The salted egg toast was incredibly delicious.

We left Kanchanaburi city around 8 pm and continued dancing on the bus.

We ended the trip feeling very happy and full.
