During the past holiday, we had the opportunity to visit Kanchanaburi.
After much deliberation with friends, we finally decided on a destination for our trip.
Ultimately, we ended up at 'Ananta River Hills Resort'.
To be honest, we've heard the name of this place before, but we've never considered going there because we usually prefer to go north.
This trip's mission is to have fun and avoid any mishaps!
Recalling the abundance of activities available here, including water rides, I believe a group outing would be enjoyable.
We departed from Bangkok by van around 8 am.
After stopping at various places along the way, we finally arrived at our accommodation at nearly 4 pm.
The access road is a winding uphill and downhill path with many turns.
I'm worried that if it's not beautiful or fun when I get there, my friends will be all over me.
"Wow, it's so beautiful! The atmosphere is amazing. I'm taking tons of pictures. Let's hurry up and pack our things and change our clothes so we can go whitewater rafting."
Rafting on the bamboo raft was initially thought to be an ordinary experience, but once I was there, I wished I had brought my camera back from the raft.
The scenery around the Srinakarin Dam is breathtaking. The sun is setting, and I feel like crying because I want to capture this moment forever.
When we reached the middle of the dam, they allowed us to swim. I must say, it was amazing. I didn't think it would be this much fun.
(Floating on a wet raft, no pictures to show, sorry! Didn't bring a camera.)
After finishing the bamboo raft ride, we rushed to play the other rides, fearing that it would get dark soon.
This is even more fun than the previous game. We played it and completely forgot about our age. Just imagine how much fun it is!
The sky began to darken, signaling the arrival of the staff to collect the kayaks. A whistle blew, indicating it was time to return to the raft and rest.
Let's take a look at the surroundings of the accommodation.
Let the picture tell the story.
This is our shelter.
This trip has few photos because we were too busy playing in the water. For those who have plans to travel with a large group of friends, we highly recommend this place. It's so much fun!
She makes me feel like I'm 14 again~ 5555555 Let's go, let's go, let's organize a trip!
Note:
- We stayed in a twin-bed cabin for 24 people. The price was around 25,000 baht, but I'm not sure of the exact amount. The price included breakfast.
- Kayaks are located in the central area. Guests need to pick them up themselves. At 6:00 PM, staff will collect and return them to their original location.
- The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including rice porridge, fried eggs, salads, and fried rice. While the food is generally well-stocked, some items may require a longer wait due to high demand.
- For those who can't swim, don't worry about missing out on the fun. There are life jackets available. I can't swim either, and I was a little scared at first. But once I got soaked, I was having a blast!
