Erawan Waterfall, a short and affordable weekend getaway, is located approximately 3 hours from Bangkok by car.

Note: This does not follow the plot of the drama "Nakee".

Erawan National Park: Admission and Fees

Erawan National Park, located in Si Sawat District, Kanchanaburi Province, is open daily from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Admission Fees:

  • Adults: 100 Baht per person
  • Children: 50 Baht per person

Vehicle Fees:

  • Car: 30 Baht
  • Motorcycle: 20 Baht
  • Bus: 200 Baht

Golf Cart Service:

A golf cart service is available to transport visitors to the first waterfall level for a fee of 30 Baht per person per trip.

General Information

Erawan Waterfall is divided into 7 tiers, each with its own unique beauty, including diverse flora and vines on large trees.

  • Tier 1 is called "Falling Back to the Nest".
  • Tier 2 is called "Fish Pond".
  • Tier 3 is called "Waterfall Cliff".
  • Tier 4 is called "Butterfly's Chest".
  • Tier 5 is called "Too Tired to Climb Down".
  • Tier 6 is called "Forest of Trees".
  • Tier 7 is called "Erawan Cliff".

The entrance to the waterfall is marked by a large sign, which is a popular spot for taking photos.

The path to the 7th tier is not difficult to navigate, and you won't get lost. There's no need for a guide as there are many people walking the path. Let's go and admire the beauty of Erawan Waterfall!

I have reached the third floor.

Every floor is teeming with fish called "pla pluang" that constantly nibble at you. We're not particularly fond of them, haha!

This waterfall has multiple levels where you can swim. Let's take a break here.

It took about an hour to reach the 7th floor. The water is crystal clear and the sky is a vibrant blue.
