Today, we will review a restaurant hidden in nature, Pitta's House, which translates to "Bird's House" in Thai. Located in Sriracha district, Chonburi, the restaurant's coordinates are 13.120334, 101.082995.
To get there from Si Racha, head towards Hub Bon. Once you reach the Hub Bon rest stop, turn right and continue for a few hundred meters. You will see a sign indicating a right turn leading down into the valley. The entrance will be on your left. The sign blends in with the natural surroundings, so be careful not to miss it.
The path took a sharp turn, resembling an entrance into a dense forest, though less overgrown. A small stream, nearly dry, crossed the path.
Let's take a look at the map.
If you can't find it, try searching on Facebook. The store has a page there.
Upon entering the site, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a hidden gem nestled amidst the urban landscape. The lush greenery and tranquil ambiance transported me to a serene woodland retreat.
The parking area also has a large tamarind tree with beautiful branches.
As I arrived rather late, I took a stroll around the venue before entering to dine. There were many stylish corners to be found.
The restaurant is located in a spacious area, mostly covered by trees. After a short walk, we decided to enter the restaurant as we were starting to feel hungry.
The establishment will consist of two buildings. The left side will house a restaurant, while the right side, or entrance, will be a coffee shop.
The center features an outdoor area. Let's take a look inside the store.
Both sides will have an upper floor as well.
Take a look outside. Since I arrived late, the photos are taken at night. However, during the day, the atmosphere is likely to be shady and suitable for relaxing.
Let's go to the other side of the restaurant.
This side also has two floors.
I came to a restaurant without food, so what can I do? Today I tried ordering 2 menus, which are
The restaurant's signature fried rice with chili paste was decent, although the chili was quite spicy. However, I particularly enjoyed the presentation of the dish.
Another menu item to try is the ham pizza.
The price is commensurate with the location. This meal cost 470.
In conclusion, this is a highly recommended establishment for those seeking a pleasant and visually appealing experience. The ambiance is particularly conducive to photography enthusiasts, as evidenced by the numerous patrons observed capturing images with evident enjoyment.
The owner was very kind and allowed me to set up my tripod. All the staff were smiling and the atmosphere was great.
That's all for now. Thank you all for watching.
