Let's escape the sweltering heat and head to the mountains. Fill up the tank and let's ride!

Hello everyone, this is my first post. I travel frequently, but I have never written a review before. I hope this review will be helpful to everyone. If there are any mistakes, please feel free to point them out. Let's get started.

This trip started from Mahasarakham to Nan and then stopped by Phitsanulok.

Day 1 - Started from Maha Sarakham at 7 am and drove straight to Nan, arriving around 5 pm. I used Google Maps for directions, and although I got lost a few times, it was all part of the adventure.

Sharing photos from my journey.

We have arrived at Si Nan National Park, and this is Pha Chu. There is also a tent camping area here.

Continue for another 3 km to reach Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park.

We finally arrived at Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park and were greeted with breathtaking views. The scenery was even more stunning in person than in pictures. The romantic atmosphere was enhanced by the perfect weather. The mountaintop offered a variety of shops and services, including battery charging for 20 baht and delicious 200 baht sets of moo kata (Thai barbecue). The fried egg dishes were particularly noteworthy. However, for amenities such as ATMs, 7-Eleven stores, and gas stations, you'll need to drive another 20 kilometers.

Day 2 - Our journey continues. Today's destination is Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park.

Drive straight for a while and you will see the Laterite Pillar.

Another glimpse of the scenery along the way.

We have arrived at Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park.

This campground features a spacious tent area, pre-pitched by the staff. The site offers limited dining options, with approximately 2-3 shops available. For phone charging, guests can request assistance from the staff, who provide complimentary charging services.

Upon reaching Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park, recommended attractions include the Hin Pum Stone Field, the Pha Chu Thong Cliff, and the Political and Military School (where you might find maple leaves, although we were unsuccessful during our visit). If time permits, a trip to Phu Lom Lo is also highly recommended.

The 2 km nature trail to Hin Pum Rock and Pha Chuthong Cliff is well worth the effort.

Stone button field

Fortunately, it was drizzling and foggy on the day I went.

This concludes the review. Thank you for watching. Your feedback is appreciated.
