- The review is a bit late because I was heavily into series lately.

The restaurant emphasizes fresh vegetables, which are included in every dish ordered. Notably, the dishes are large, making them suitable for hearty eaters. Despite the restaurant's popularity, the wait for food is not excessively long.
Pikad has two branches, but we went to the Nim City Daily branch, which is close to Chiang Mai airport.

A variety of roti, both savory and sweet, are available. This time, we ordered sardine roti and tissue roti, both of which were delicious. The only drawback was that the teh tarik was a bit too sweet.
Coordinates in Satun Province, there are many roti and teh tarik shops. The shop we visited is called Kam Pong, located in Mueang Satun District.
Despite being full before arriving at **Go Auan Salapao**, we were enticed by its reputation and decided to give it a try. The restaurant was bustling with customers, and we barely found a seat. We ordered both fried and regular salapao. The regular ones were delicious, soft, and generously filled, while the fried ones exceeded our expectations. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, without any excess oil. The experience was so memorable that we would gladly fly back for another bite. We've heard of a branch in Bangkok, but we wonder if the taste will be the same.

Gimlun Restaurant is a great place to grab breakfast before heading to Malaysia. While the wait can be long, the delicious food makes up for it. This Hakka Chinese noodle shop serves bitter melon stuffed with meat and a flavorful broth. The pickled orange juice condiment tastes just like the one my grandfather used to make for me when I was a child. It's definitely the highlight of the meal.

If you enjoy spicy and sour flavors, you must try Auaikan Porm Mieng Pla Pao. I first tried it at their food cart branch in Nonthaburi's Tha Nun pier. The fish sold out quickly, and there was a large crowd with limited seating. On subsequent visits, I went to their second branch on Nonthaburi's bypass road, Bang Si Muang side. The dish's spicy and sour flavors are delicious, and it provides complete nutrition, including protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats (from fish), vitamins, and minerals. If you visit the second branch, you'll find a wider variety of menu options, such as papaya salad, boiled cockles, spicy salads, grilled squid, and more.
Coordinates Branch 1 is located at Nonthaburi Pier, Branch 2 is located on Ratchaphruek-Nonthaburi Road, Nonthaburi Province
Rarely do I get to dine in the capital city. On this occasion, I tried Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery. I particularly enjoyed the Half Farmer Chicken and Salmon Mango Crackers. The Half Farmer Chicken was roasted to perfection, with crispy skin and an aroma so enticing that I almost wanted to bury my face in it. I wish I could replicate this dish at home. On the day of my visit, I paired it with a spicy dipping sauce. The Salmon Mango Crackers featured sweet, delicious mangoes that complemented the salmon perfectly. While other dishes were good and met expectations, they did not particularly stand out.

**Betong's Legendary Floating Lotus** Our very own legendary floating lotus. I've been searching for this shop for ages and couldn't find it. Then, on a day when I wasn't looking for it, I stumbled upon it. Lately, I've been going there frequently. There are a plethora of floating lotus options, possibly hundreds. There are black sesame-filled floating lotuses, multicolored floating lotuses, and... oh... the ruby balls are also delicious. You can choose to eat them hot or cold. The flavor isn't overly sweet. There's also fragrant tea to sip on to cut through the richness. No matter how many times I go, it's never enough.

Coffee Tree's Rotating Cheesecake Delights
Coffee Tree's cakes are a rotating selection, offering a variety of flavors and styles. However, the standout for me is their cheesecake. Each bite bursts with a delightful aroma, and the generous toppings add an extra layer of flavor and texture.

To truly enjoy Nem Nuong, one must visit the original VT Nem Nuong in Udon Thani. While the Bangkok branches offer a decent experience, the freshness and quality of the ingredients at the Udon Thani location are unparalleled. The warm dipping sauce and freshly grilled Nem Nuong are a delight, and the service is impeccable. In contrast, recent experiences at the Bangkok branches have been disappointing, with poor service and an infestation of large flies that the staff seemed to find amusing. Therefore, for the best Nem Nuong experience, a trip to Udon Thani is highly recommended.

At Super Pork Coffee Shop, they call it "Vietnamese pizza," but in Sakon Nakhon, it's known as crispy rice pancakes. It's delicious, with plenty of black sesame seeds that add a nutty aroma and are good for bone health. Perfect for those of us with "sesame cracks" (wrinkles). Besides this dish, the shop offers a variety of other options, such as fried eggs, fermented sausage salad, stuffed bread, and rice vermicelli.
