Good evening!

Today, I would like to recommend a "noodle" restaurant called debo cafe' and room, located in Hua Hin Soi 37 next to the Klai Kangwon Palace.

This is not a paid advertisement and is not affiliated with the restaurant owner. I am originally from Phetchaburi but have moved to the city. Every long weekend, I return to Phetchaburi and search for delicious food. My house in Phetchaburi is not far from Hua Hin, and a friend recommended this noodle shop, so I decided to give it a try. My first impression upon entering the shop was that the atmosphere was very relaxed. The opening hours are as stated on the sign: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Their specialty is tom yum noodles, and you can choose any ingredients from the menu to create your own bowl of deliciousness.

There is also a regular option, which is a 35 baht tom yum noodle soup.

Let's take a look at the special menu. First, choose your noodles, then choose your toppings. River prawns are 65 baht, squid is 65 baht, and preserved egg yolk is 15 baht, and so on, according to the menu. You can also order a set menu if you don't want to think too much. Just choose your noodles and set, and wait for your food.

Rice is available, as well as side dishes for snacking.

Let's go! We first ordered the pickled quince and bacon salad for 85 baht, which we thought was a bit pricey, but it was delicious. You should definitely try it!

Served with a lime tea.

Rich and smooth iced espresso

A symphony of flavors in a single bite: fluffy omelet, savory minced pork, and crispy bacon. Mmm, pure bliss.

And here comes the Tom Yum noodles, this bowl comes with pickled egg, shrimp wonton, and bacon.

Next up, a bowl of thin rice noodles in a spicy and sour broth, topped with Chinese quince eggs and bacon.

This bowl of noodles features a spicy and sour broth with thin rice noodles. The combo set includes a soft-boiled egg, river prawns, pork pancake, and bacon.

I personally love everything on the menu and would love to try everything at once!

However, there is a drawback. Since the restaurant prepares each bowl of tom yum noodles individually (as stated on the menu), waiting times can be longer during peak hours.

If you are very hungry, you can find something to eat first.

Every time I go, it's worth the wait. I sit and wait, soaking in the atmosphere. This review was written late at night, so please don't be angry.
