Hello everyone, I'm new to writing reviews. I'm not very good at it, but I've been reading reviews on Pantip and thought I'd give it a try.
I did some research, signed up for Pantip, and since I love to travel, it was easy to write. If I make any mistakes, please let me know.

Let's get started. My girlfriend and I are planning a trip to Ang Khang and Baan Rabeang Dao. We will stay at Ang Khang (Mon Son) for 2 nights, Baan Rabeang Dao for 1 night, and another night in Chiang Mai city. We will be traveling without a car. We booked our AirAsia flight for January 5, 2017, departing at 6:30 AM.
Yay! We arrived at the airport early. What are we waiting for? Let's check in first. The line is quite long, so make sure to allow about an hour for check-in.

It's time to travel!
The view from the side is incredibly beautiful.
We arrived at Chiang Mai Airport around 7:45 AM. Then, we took a red songthaew to Chang Phuak Bus Terminal. The fare was 20 baht per person.
Upon arrival, there were two ways to travel: the orange bus from Chiang Mai to Tha Ton and the van from Chiang Mai to Tha Ton. We told the driver to drop us off in front of Wat Hat Samran.
For a relaxing experience with scenic views, consider taking the orange bus (70 baht/person).
For a faster and more time-efficient option, consider taking a van (approximately 150 baht per person).
Upon arrival at Wat Hat Samran, find a shared songthaew (a type of pickup truck with benches). Typically, you will need to wait until the vehicle is full (around 10 people). The fare is approximately 50-60 baht per person. If you are traveling with a larger group, consider sharing the cost among yourselves for a more affordable option.
I plan to camp at Mon Son. So I told the driver to stop at Mon Son. When I arrived at the accommodation, I rented a tent and bedding. I chose a spot near the Mon Son viewpoint so that I could see the sea of fog up close. The view was beautiful. Unfortunately, the sky was overcast all day on the first day I went.
Day 1 (January 5, 2017)
Day 2 (January 6, 2017) was a lucky day, as the sea of mist appeared, fulfilling our anticipation.
What a beautiful view from the tent!

Worth the wait.
The Mhon Son campsite offers a wide variety of dining options, including Thai-style hot pot, grilled pork, and grilled eggs. Visitors are free to choose their preferred meal.
The food here is reasonably priced.
Well, you can't come to Ang Khang without visiting the Royal Project! But what if you don't have a car? No problem, just hitch a ride! 555 I spent two days at the Royal Project and still didn't see everything. I hitched a ride there and back. The weather was very cold.
Hailing a taxi is not as difficult as you think.
And then we arrived at the Doi Ang Khang Royal Project.

Botanical Garden
The Mabaan Ma village is located within the Royal Project.
At the Angkhang Royal Project, most of the cherry blossoms are Taiwanese cherry blossoms, which are likely the only ones in Thailand. There are some tiger lilies, but they are almost indistinguishable… The project staff asked me to tell you this.

Thick fog obscures visibility. The time is approximately 4:30 PM.
Along the path, here it is! The plum garden where people like to take wedding photos.
The vegetables here are so fresh and delicious, it's almost unbelievable!
Upon arriving at Ang Khang, be sure to savor the delectable pastries and coffee offered by the Royal Project. The flavors are truly exceptional.

Our time at Ang Khang is up, so we're moving on to Baan Rabeang Dao. I hitched a ride down from Doi Ang Khang, just like I did on the way up, and got off at Wat Hat Samran, the same place I started from. From there, I took an orange bus from the temple to Chiang Dao Bus Terminal.

*It is highly recommended to make a reservation before visiting Baan Rabeang Dao. Mobile phone signal is almost non-existent, making it difficult to contact the property. Be persistent and try calling multiple times throughout the day. Reservations should be made at least one to two months in advance to avoid disappointment.
Upon arrival at the bus station, I contacted the driver arranged by Baan Rabeang Dao. The driver's name is Uncle Man or Uncle Kaew. If you need their contact information, please feel free to ask me. The transportation fee is 70 baht per person, regardless of the number of passengers. The journey involves a steep and winding mountain road.
My partner and I arrived at Baan Rai Bua Daeng after a 40-minute journey. The view in front of us was breathtaking. January 7, 2017.
Doi Luang Chiang Dao lies ahead.
A popular spot for photos.
There are shops on top selling coffee, all kinds of drinks, and cold beer. Please support them.
Upon arrival, my partner and I checked in and were escorted to our accommodation by the housekeeper. It's important to note that the residents here are primarily indigenous people.
Accommodation for tonight with a beautiful view as expected.
The accommodation provides breakfast and dinner. Guests can choose to dine on the shared balcony or in front of their room. My partner and I chose to have dinner on the balcony, which was a delightful experience.
Dinner will consist of stir-fried vegetables, minced pork omelet, clear soup, and chili paste with boiled vegetables.
Chili paste is the signature dish here.
For breakfast, my partner and I opted for the on-site option, which included rice porridge. Guests are welcome to request additional servings if needed. Additionally, complimentary Ovaltine, coffee, and hot tea are available, ensuring a delightful dining experience.

Let's take a look at the morning atmosphere at Baan Rabeang Dao.
My partner and I descended from the Baan Rai Dao viewpoint. Along the way, we made a detour to Chiang Dao Cave and the hot springs, adding a touch of relaxation to our journey.

We arrived at Chiang Dao Bus Terminal to wait for a bus to Chiang Mai city. My girlfriend and I took the orange bus (the van was full) which was very crowded. I stood from Chiang Dao Bus Terminal to Chang Phuak Bus Terminal, my legs were so sore.
On the fourth day (January 8, 2017), we arrived in Chiang Mai and immediately found a place to stay. We had a comfortable night's sleep and then went for a walk on the Chiang Mai Walking Street. The next morning, we rented a motorbike and rode around the city, visiting Doi Suthep. Every time I visit Chiang Mai, I make sure to pay respects to both Kru Ba Srivichai and Doi Suthep, the sacred symbols of the city.

The uphill ride is not difficult, it's a comfortable paved road all the way, but it is steep. Please drive carefully and don't speed.

Approximately 20 minutes from the foot of the mountain, we reached Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. We stopped to pay our respects before returning to Bangkok.
