Located near Bangkok, Nakhon Nayok offers a variety of attractions for visitors. While the area is known for its numerous waterfalls, this itinerary focuses on alternative destinations suitable for a half-day trip.

We originally planned to visit the red lotus field, as research suggested that the flowers bloom beautifully in the morning. However, due to morning commitments, we opted for an afternoon visit. Unfortunately, the lotuses had closed by then, leaving us with nothing but a fleeting glimpse as we drove past. We suspect a return trip may be necessary.

Our first stop was the bamboo forest at Wat Chulabhorn.

The bamboo arch is located in Chulaphornwanaram Temple, Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province. The bamboos are very tall and bend into a beautiful arch.
During the holidays, many people come to take pictures here.
The atmosphere of the large bamboo arch is similar to what I have seen in Japan, but here we don't have to travel far, just to Nakhon Nayok.

Next, let's head to Khao Lon Adventure, a popular filming location for music videos and TV dramas. Notably, the music video for "Lom Plai Thian" by Big Ass was filmed here. It's recommended to visit in the late afternoon to avoid the intense heat, as the afternoon sun can be scorching.

This location offers a variety of photo opportunities to suit different preferences. Feel free to choose your favorite style without worrying about crowds or photobombing.

On the way to Khao Lon, we came across a beautiful green rice field. We slammed on the brakes and took some photos. We were so happy! In front of us were mountains and a green rice field. You don't have to go far to find beautiful views like this.

The evening at Huai Pru Reservoir concluded with a delightful atmosphere. The ambiance would have been even more perfect with sticky rice and grilled chicken.

It's incredible how much progress I made in just half a day. If I have the opportunity again, I'll definitely come back for more. I feel like I haven't had enough yet.

The travel route can only be described using Google Maps throughout the entire journey. Therefore, I am unable to explain the specific directions. I will try to provide a more detailed explanation next time.
