Hellooooooooooo
"Phuket"
A top tourist destination in Thailand.
With a plethora of attractions and an abundance of delicious food.
During our three-day trip, we were unable to sample all of the culinary delights.
The food is so good that it will make your stomach burst. Every restaurant serves delectable cuisine.
Must-try local dishes.
go !!!
Enjoy a pre-flight snack at the Bangkok lounge before boarding your flight with a delicious "Khao Tom Mud" from Bangkok.
We booked round-trip tickets through the Traveloka app. The outbound flight was with Bangkok Airways, and the return flight was with Thai Airways. At the time of booking, we did not consider any promotions and simply chose a convenient date. The round-trip fare was over 2,000 baht.
After breakfast on the plane, we took a short nap and arrived in Phuket. We had rented a car from a local, who was a friend of a friend. We had called ahead to confirm and arrange for pickup at the airport. (If you're interested, you can DM me for the contact number.) We chose to stay in the city. On our way, we stopped by various beaches.
Surin Beach is a tranquil beach perfect for relaxing sunbathing.
It is less crowded compared to other beaches.
Next, stop by to watch foreigners sunbathe at Karon Beach.
It's lunchtime!
Let's have lunch at Mam Mudong Restaurant.
Stuffed end
Salt-crusted pork
Spicy and sour soup from Lamphun
Authentic Southern Thai stir-fried pork with curry paste.
A local restaurant with a tempting menu.
After a spicy meal, cool down with a sweet treat at Pancake Corner.
Take a leisurely stroll through the historic streets of Phuket Old Town.
Cafe'in - Thaihua Museum
We have arrived at the accommodation.
We chose to stay at Bed Hostel because it was conveniently located, clean, inviting, and close to the Old Town.
The hostel mainly caters to international travelers.
There are various room options available, whether you're traveling as a couple, solo, or in a group.
The friendly owner recommended restaurants and tourist attractions.
We checked in early afternoon, but it was still raining. After checking in, a light drizzle started, so we decided to rest in our room before venturing out.
Hello from Laem Phromthep.
The plan was to watch the sunset at Laem Phromthep.
But with the rain just stopped, the atmosphere is as you can see. It's just as beautiful.
The rain started to fall again.
This is clearly a trip to escape the rain.
So what? We can still find something to eat.
Exhausted from running away from the rain, my energy was completely drained.
So I had to fill my stomach with a late-night meal at Ko-Ben, a restaurant serving fish maw soup and dry rice porridge.
The place was packed even though we arrived before the restaurant opened, but it was definitely worth the wait.
If you're ever in Phuket, don't miss this restaurant.
The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including dry rice porridge, rice porridge, and pork leg noodles. The food is said to be delicious.
The habit of eating savory food followed by dessert is still not over.
This time, it's fried ice cream at Suchat Fried Ice Cream, a fried ice cream shop in Samkong.
DAY 2
Good morning on the second day.
We have to thank the sky and the rain that today the sky is clear and it's not raining.
Today we bought a tour from loveandaman from the Tourism Expo.
We will travel to Koh Rok.
We made an appointment for the diving tour company that we bought to pick us up at our accommodation.
Once we have registered, we will each receive a wristband. When we wear it, we will know that we are with this group.
Wristbands were received, and while waiting to board the boat, snacks were provided.
For those who knew they were prone to seasickness, medication was available before boarding the boat.
The boat ride to Koh Rok takes approximately 1.40 minutes.
Upon arrival, we will have time to use the restroom and change clothes before heading to the diving spot.
The diving spot is located a short distance from the island, approximately 5 minutes by boat.
Eager to dive into the crystal-clear waters, I jumped in without grabbing my camera.
Despite having prepared all the necessary equipment, I was so excited that I forgot about capturing the stunning underwater scenery.
As a result, I am unable to share the beautiful images with you.
Koh Rok is renowned for its pristine coral reefs and is considered the Queen of the Andaman Sea.
The island is home to an abundance of clownfish, and it is said that a visit to Koh Rok is incomplete without encountering these vibrant creatures.
Next, we went diving at Koh Haa.
Another day of diving has passed.
We were so busy diving that we forgot to take any beautiful pictures.
We apologize for that.
When we arrived at Love Road, we were dropped off at our accommodation, just like in the morning when we were picked up.
We went back to our accommodation to shower and change.
Oops, we forgot that we had to go to Rawai Beach today.
To eat fresh seafood.
It was almost dusk.
So we went to a barbecue restaurant instead.
We ended up at Pak Phanang BBQ, which is a buffet restaurant for 199 baht per person.
If you want a seafood stove, you can add another 99 baht. You can go and get fish, squid, shellfish, and crab to grill and eat.
Now that we're in Phuket, let's take a walk and enjoy the evening atmosphere.
The current image on the banknote is of King Rama IX. The beautiful image we captured on our visit on November 5, 2016, is still the one in use today.
Phuket at night is beautiful in a different way.
During the day, it also has its own charm.
Phuket's Dim Sum Delights: Super Dim Sum Restaurant
Visiting Phuket necessitates indulging in its renowned dim sum scene. Super Dim Sum Restaurant, a bustling establishment I noticed on a recent diving trip, promised an authentic experience.
Let's have some iced coffee or cocoa.
2521 Bookstore: A haven for book lovers.
After that, we went back to shower and pack our bags to prepare for check-out.
Because before entering the airport, we will stop by to watch the planes take off at Hat Sai Khao.
Before we go, let's stop by Wan Chan Restaurant for lunch.
Visit the Three Bays Viewpoint
HOTEL PHOTO
Next, visit Laem Singh Viewpoint, a small beach located between Surin Beach and Kamala Beach.
There is a small parking lot near the beach entrance, from where you can walk down to the beach.
It's almost time to board my flight, so I stopped by Mai Khao Beach to watch the planes take off.
Goodbye, Phuket!
See you again soon!
