I had the opportunity to visit Sangkhla Buri in Kanchanaburi. Before reaching Sangkhla Buri, I decided to stop by the Three Pagodas Pass to see what was there. It turned out to be quite an experience, and I ended up crossing the border into Myanmar.

I found an interesting tour program right in front of the border checkpoint.

The details of interest are 6 locations. If you go, it costs 300 baht per person, but there must be at least 6 people. But if you rent a car, it costs 1,500 baht, which is interesting. It's been a long time since I've had the chance to be free. Let's go abroad with them. Let's do it.

Our transportation was extraordinary. We had the pleasure of riding in a vintage car, accompanied by a knowledgeable guide and a charming young assistant.

The first place, the young guide told us, is called the Temple of a Hundred Pillars.

She lit incense and worshipped the Buddha.

The young Burmese guide spoke clearly, stating that he had been living in Thailand for 5-6 years and was comfortable there.

After taking photos to your heart's content at the front of the temple, there are also more chedis and Buddha statues to capture on the side.

Next, the young guide took us to the second point, called Wat Phra Thong, which is located in a temple complex covering an area of 500 rai.

This appears to be a replica of the Shwedagon Pagoda.

The view point is very beautiful.

Next, let's move on to the third location, the temple of the reclining Buddha with sweet eyes.

Very sweet.

The fourth location is Wat Tong Wai, home to the revered deity Thep Thanjai. This temple is situated along the route to...

I have arrived.

We then continued our journey to the DUTY FREE.

A small amount of beer with food.

Another place we will visit before returning is Phaya Tong Su Market, a fresh market similar to those found in Thailand. It offers a wide variety of goods for browsing and purchasing.

Observing the living conditions and trade of Burmese people.

This was my first trip to Burma from the Three Pagodas Pass in Sangkhlaburi. It was a great experience. The guide was lovely, and I tipped them generously. The red card process was quick because we had a private car, so we didn't have to wait for anyone. We could stop wherever we wanted and tell the guide. Plus, we got to ride in a nice tour car instead of a dusty shared songthaew. It was a short trip, but I'll see you again on my next adventure!
