The scorching summer heat and Chiang Mai don't exactly go hand in hand.

Who would have thought that even in the scorching summer heat, Chiang Mai still has cool places to offer.

Chersiwa is a homestay located in Mae Mae village, surrounded by trees and a stream.

Ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.

Only the green mobile phone network has a signal here, so we were completely cut off from the outside world for a whole day.

The surrounding atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and quiet. The sound of the water in the stream drowned out all other noises.

There's nothing to do here but sleep, take photos, or read a book to pass the time.

No need to worry about food here.

Our dinner here was pre-ordered with the accommodation. The price was 150 baht per person.

Delicious food, very relaxing, chilling out and having lunch by the stream.

We go to bed very early, from 10 pm to 6 am.

The sound of running water all night long, cool air under a warm blanket.

The weather is perfect, with clear skies and a beautiful moon.

Sleep soundly, breathe in the fresh air, and wake up to a warm breakfast of rice porridge and coffee.

After finishing my work, I had nothing to do, so I went for a walk in the community.

Upon meeting the village headman, I was informed that the village offers traditional Thai massage services.

I just had a massage and the masseuse was very entertaining. She told me a lot of stories.

He told me stories about the tribe that lives further up the mountain, making me think that I should definitely visit them next time.

Mae Mae's house is located in a small community, but there are many interesting activities to participate in.

Hike to the source of the waterfall, enjoy a traditional Thai massage, and explore the homes of local villagers.

During this hot summer, who wouldn't want to go to the beach? You can also escape into the forest like this. The weather is perfect.

The damages are as follows:

  • Accommodation with breakfast for 3 people at 1500 baht per night.

- Pickup truck service to the accommodation is available for 400 baht per trip (self-driving is also possible, with some uphill sections).
