Every Songkran, I must go to Hua Hin. It's not about playing water or going to the beach. I just want to change my sleeping place and find something to eat. It has become our tradition. 555

This year, the Pink Trumpet Trees at Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen campus bloomed just in time for Songkran, so I stopped by to take some photos. It was a nice bonus during my trip.

I arrived late at 10:45 AM, and there were already many people there.

The color pink is truly beautiful and romantic.

This is our second year participating in the event. We know the drill. We'll bring our bicycles in the car. (Umbrellas and hats are a must!)

Most people stay at the front, but we have more manpower, so we can go deeper.

It would be nice if there were no power lines.

Exquisite and well worth the visit.

You don't have to go abroad. Thailand is just as beautiful as any other country in the world.

Please do not bend the branches or pick the flowers. Leave them for others to enjoy. (I saw some people picking them to take pictures. This is not good.)

One more picture before going to the accommodation. Bye, see you again.

Our accommodation was booked through Traveloka (I often use this service because it's cheap, haha). It's a pity I didn't book when there was a 45% discount code. I booked when it was 25% off, oh well. But it's still cheaper than other providers, haha. I'm relieved now.

The best bathroom is the one with a hot water tank. It's awesome.

The balcony in front of the room allows you to sit and listen to live music late at night.

Initially, I was concerned about noise, but it turned out to be unfounded. The sound insulation is excellent, and unless the door is open, external noise is virtually inaudible.

The lounge is a shared space where guests can enjoy unlimited soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, and bread.

All entrances to the rooms use key cards to prevent outsiders from entering, which is very private. All staff members provide excellent service, even the security guards, who are so good that they are almost intimidating.

After checking into the accommodation, I took a shower, watched TV for a while, and then went out for a walk.

I rode my bike to Soi 35, hoping to see the sea. (Initially, I thought there would be a beach to walk on, but there were only restaurants. I couldn't walk around, so I rode back.)

We usually stay at Soi 94 and cross the street to Soi 75. There is a beach for walking and in the morning you can offer food to the monks. It's a pity.

In that case, you can take photos of Plearnwan in the evening. I usually come here during the day when the sun is scorching.

Our favorite place to visit is the Cicada Market. We haven't been to the night market lately because it's tiring to walk around, there are no seats, it's crowded, and the walkways are narrow. So we come here instead.

There is a food court with live music.

This is our place.

Relaxing and listening to music for hours. Hehe.

The Cicada Market is typically open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, it is open today as a special exception for the Songkran Festival. Please check the specific opening hours before visiting.

It's 10 pm. Let's take a walk for a while.

Sprinkle holy water for good luck.

Let's go. Hopefully, the traffic won't be bad anymore.

I arrived back at my accommodation at 11 pm. Plearnwan was already closed, but a security guard was there to open the door for me. (They had asked for my car registration, color, and make before I arrived and had kept a record of it. Before opening the door, they called to confirm again, which I thought was excellent for security purposes.)

Good morning. The bed is too soft. We prefer a firm bed, but the air conditioning is good.

Let's have breakfast here.

The breakfast is not a buffet, but rather a set menu with limited options. The selection is insufficient and does not provide a satisfying or diverse dining experience. This aspect of the hotel was not particularly impressive.

This is too sweet to eat. I only took a picture of it. 55

This was a favorite of mine. My mother often bought it for me when I was a child.

Having finished our meal, we headed to Plearn Wan, which had just opened. With few people around, the opportunity was ours to seize.

Wherever I go, I always encounter adorable cats. They are an indispensable part of every trip.

I stopped by Saen Saep Park for a bit, but it was too hot, so I decided to head home to avoid traffic. I also picked up some pineapple and had some delicious beef soup from Baan Singh.
