The tea bags here are meticulously crafted in every aspect, starting with the packaging that preserves freshness for years. The tea leaves are housed in a spacious cloth bag, allowing them to expand without being compressed when steeped in hot water. Even the length of the string that ties the tea bag is hand-woven, and the brewing instructions on the label ensure the best possible flavor.

This iced tea is perfect for those who enjoy a refreshing cold brew. Simply add the imported tea bag to room temperature water and refrigerate for a while. No need to boil water, making it a convenient and hassle-free option.

Sakura Tea is a limited-edition tea available only during the spring season in Japan, coinciding with the popular Hanami festival. Sales will end at the end of June.

The interior features a classic and elegant Western-style atmosphere with comfortable wooden chairs. The relaxed and informal ambiance attracts a diverse clientele of all ages, including both Thai and international patrons, throughout the day.

To begin, the restaurant's signature 'Tea Gastronomy' experience offers a selection of seven canapés and five pastries, accompanied by a pot of tea, for 890++ Baht (1,048 Baht net).

Smoked salmon with Earl Grey Gentleman tea, distinguished by its fragrant aroma and fine texture, is highlighted by a blend of cream cheese and avocado, and Silver Moon Tea. The smooth and dense texture is topped with fragrant and slightly salty caviar, creating a unique and delicious experience in every bite.
Perfectly cooked foie gras with a beautiful color, tender and smooth texture, enhanced by a slightly sour grape chutney, a hint of caramel tea, and served on a crispy baguette.
Bouncy boiled shrimp enhanced with a salsa of tomatoes, chili peppers, olives, and Alfono tea. The aroma is distinct, and the seasoning is predominantly salty.
The smoked duck skewers are best enjoyed in one bite, allowing you to savor the rich, smoky flavor of the duck. The pesto, infused with 1837 Green Tea, adds a refreshing touch, while the tomatoes and grapes provide a burst of sweetness. The creamy brie cheese, with its mild flavor and texture, complements the dish perfectly.

A toasted sandwich with a perfectly browned crust, filled with yellowfin tuna and White Knight Tea. Despite the thin spread, the flavor was incredibly intense, with a distinct spicy finish.
The Black Nectar tea-marinated shrimp, with its firm texture and pronounced salty flavor, is best enjoyed with a finely chopped vegetable salad.
Grilled chicken breast stir-fried with teriyaki sauce and Spice Route Tea. The dish has a strong and distinct aroma, making it a delicious and flavorful meal.

The desserts boast distinct and rich flavors. Each texture is unique, from the light and fluffy coconut cake with its subtle sweetness to the dense and chewy chocolate cake with its smooth, non-overpowering sweetness. The pastry dough pairs well with the mousse, which incorporates tea and various fresh fruits, resulting in diverse flavor profiles. Don't miss the macarons, which have a smooth, non-rigid texture and intense, distinct flavors.

Choose one type of tea for a price not exceeding 250 baht. If it exceeds, you can pay the difference.
For hot tea, you will receive a thermal carafe that keeps the tea hot for up to 2 hours. The tea is pre-filtered to ensure a smooth drinking experience. If you are with a group, the carafe can be shared among multiple people.

This popular tea from our shop blends black tea, berries, and caramel, resulting in a distinct and fragrant aroma. The taste is rich, well-rounded, and refreshingly smooth. The tea is not poured to the brim, leaving space for the nose to optimally capture the tea's aroma through a specially designed cup that comfortably covers the nose while drinking.

For those who do not prefer hot tea, iced tea is also available.

"No. 6718: Number 18 Tea"
This green tea is infused with plum blossoms, creating a harmonious flavor profile. A syrup is provided, but the tea is already well-balanced in its natural state.

Sakura Matcha Mousse Cake
This dessert features a delightful combination of textures and flavors. The base is a hazelnut crumble, offering a satisfying crunch with a hint of nuttiness. Atop this lies a layer of light and airy matcha cream cheese mousse, boasting the subtle bitterness of green tea. The star of the show, however, is the Sakura! Sakura! Tea jelly, which delivers a burst of sweet and tart flavors, perfectly complementing the earthy notes of the matcha. A thin sheet of smooth, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate adds another dimension of richness.
For the ultimate experience, savor each element in a single bite. The initial crunch of the hazelnut crumble and chocolate gives way to the velvety mousse and the vibrant jelly, culminating in a harmonious symphony of textures and tastes. The finishing touch is a sprinkle of premium matcha powder, adding a touch of elegance and enhancing the overall tea flavor.
This visually stunning dessert is not only a treat for the eyes but also a delightful journey for the palate. The balanced sweetness, smooth textures, and complex flavors make it a perfect choice for those seeking a sophisticated and satisfying dessert experience.

This exquisite mousse cake is best enjoyed with a specially crafted tea, the 'Sakura! Sakura! Tea'. This seasonal blend combines green tea with delicate sakura blossoms, enhancing the tea's aroma and smooth texture. Available hot or cold, it perfectly complements the mousse cake, creating a harmonious culinary experience.

The ambiance is elegant and classic, with impeccable service. The food features high-quality ingredients and bold, flavorful dishes that leave a lasting impression. The flavors tend to be slightly salty, perhaps to complement the accompanying tea, creating a harmonious balance when enjoyed together. The dessert menu is equally impressive, with each dish boasting unique aromas, textures, and flavors. The distinct combinations in each dessert are a testament to the chef's creativity. Additionally, a wide selection of teas and pastries are available for purchase, allowing you to continue the culinary experience at home.
Thank you very much.
