::Getting There::

Embark on a scenic road trip from Chiang Mai City, following Highway 108 (Chiang Mai – Hot). Pass Hang Dong and San Pa Tong Districts, heading towards Chom Thong District. Turn right onto Provincial Highway 1009 (Chom Thong – Doi Inthanon). Continue along this route, and the entrance to the Pha Dok Siew Waterfall hiking trail will be located between Km 29-30. (Alternatively, you can access the trail via Mae Klang Luang Village at Km 26.)

We arrived at the entrance of the trail to Pha Dok Siew Waterfall around 13:00. We met a guide waiting for tourists there. He contacted a guide for us. According to the park's rules, one guide is required for each group (a group of no more than 10 people). The guide fee is 200 baht.

The distance from the entrance to the Mae Klang Luang village is approximately 3 kilometers. We waited for about 15 minutes before our guide arrived.

And so, we embarked on our journey. The path we took was a downhill one, making it relatively easy on us. It wasn't long before we could hear the distant sound of a waterfall. The atmosphere along the way was so refreshing that it made us forget all about our fatigue.

After walking for a while, the guide asked us to stop and rest by the stream. We took some photos and then continued walking.

Until we reach Pha Dok Siew Waterfall, a stunning waterfall with a unique small wooden bridge that everyone makes sure to capture in a memorable photo.

Our guide informed us that the area had recently experienced flooding. We felt fortunate that it wasn't raining today. After enjoying the scenery and taking photos, we continued our journey to our final destination, Mae Klang Luang Village.

Along the way, we encountered the simple lifestyle of the villagers, living in harmony with nature.

After a short walk, we arrived at Mae Klang Luang Village. There, we found a small coffee shop run by a friendly local uncle who brewed us delicious fresh coffee. He also chatted with us in a good mood, sharing stories and the atmosphere of Mae Klang Luang Village in a friendly manner.

On our way back, we had to go back to get the car we parked at the entrance, so we asked the guide if there was a car to take us up. He contacted a car from the village for us.

:::::Thank you everyone for following our journey and photos. See you again on our next trip.:::::
