Unboxing a New Hotel: LA VELA KHAO LAK

This trip south was truly worthwhile! I enjoyed a relaxing getaway filled with delicious food, restful sleep, and refreshing dips in the pool. The highlight was definitely our stay at the brand-new, luxurious beachfront hotel, LA VELA KHAO LAK. During their soft opening, they offered incredibly attractive rates, making it an even more enticing option.

The hotel is located on the secluded and peaceful Bang Niang Beach in Khao Lak.

We stayed in a 57-square-meter Deluxe Oceanside room, which was incredibly spacious.
In addition to a comfortable bed, it had a sofa bed, a TV, a refrigerator, a work area, and much more.
However, the highlight was the ocean-view bathtub in front of the room, which provided a unique experience.

Don't miss out on a dip in the pool while you're here. It's huge and, best of all, it's a saltwater system, so it's gentle on your skin. Perfect for the ladies! There are plenty of spots for taking photos and updating your Facebook. You can even order drinks from the mini-bar and enjoy them poolside.

Next, we arrive at the highlight of the resort, the KOKULO BEACH CLUB. This is the first beach club in Khao Lak, featuring plush cushions arranged around the swimming pool.

The triangular building, which looks harmonious, houses an open-air restaurant.
It serves international cuisine, and you can order food to your room and pay at checkout.
You don't even need to carry cash here, haha.

Tip: If you decide to stay here, bring plenty of clothes and props, as there are many photo opportunities.
