Last Saturday, we had the chance to experience a pool party at Ambar, the rooftop bar of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 15. The event was packed with people, and the atmosphere was electric! We figured that party-goers and those who appreciate a vibrant social scene would enjoy this experience, so we decided to share it with you.

The pool party takes place every first Saturday of the month and attracts a predominantly international crowd, with approximately 80% of attendees being foreigners. The entrance fee is 300 baht, which includes one drink. Ladies get free entry before 4 pm. The party started early in the day, at 2:00 PM, and lasted until 8:00 PM (a bit early in my opinion). Of course, in the afternoon, on the rooftop in the middle of Bangkok... it was scorching hot!

Foreigners love the sun and are not afraid to take a dip in the pool as early as the afternoon. It's a good idea to arrive early to secure a good spot, especially by the pool, which is a popular spot that fills up quickly.

Another perk of arriving early is the free-flow beer from 2 pm to 3 pm. You can get a head start on your drinking for free. Where else can you find a party this generous? Let me know in the comments below. ;)

Known for its parties, the place is always packed with people. There's no room for private moments, it's all out in the open, with lots of people around. It's a great place to make friends (but making anything else... hold on a second!).

There are many missed shots and times when the focus is not achieved quickly enough. T-T

If you're hungry, there are burgers, french fries, and chicken nuggets.

All kinds of easy-to-eat snacks are sold and freshly fried right here.

The price of the drinks menu is reasonable, not too expensive.

The DJ played a mix of House and EDM music.

The later it gets, the more lively it becomes. The more fun it is, the more people dance until they are exhausted.
