After speaking with Mint, I believe it's a great idea to start with something we love and enjoy, as it will bring us happiness and allow us to excel. Additionally, the delicious flavors I sampled in the video were bold and not overly sweet, providing a refreshing experience. However, this review is just the beginning, as we will be trying many more flavors in the future.

Minito Gelato offers two types of gelato: milk-based and fruit-based. This Italian-style gelato boasts 70-75% less air content than regular ice cream, resulting in a denser, richer mouthfeel despite having only 5-7% fat content. Minito Gelato prioritizes natural ingredients, using fresh fruit and avoiding artificial flavors or fats. The fat content comes solely from milk, and the calorie count is half that of regular ice cream. Additionally, Minito Gelato is packed with vitamins and minerals, including A, B1, B2, B6, B12, V, C, D, E, V, and K. The gelato uses saccharose, a type of sugar that does not significantly raise blood sugar levels, making it a suitable option for individuals with diabetes. The small molecule size of saccharose ensures immediate absorption, preventing storage in the body, making it ideal for those watching their weight. Overall, Minito Gelato presents a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream.

As Mint mentioned, in addition to enjoying the regular ice cream, we can also add color by eating it with various toppings according to our imagination.

Minito Gelato Strawberry Flavor

This gelato boasts a smooth and chewy texture with a distinct strawberry aroma. The flavor is intensely fruity, with a pleasant tartness characteristic of berries. The sweetness is well-balanced, avoiding excessive cloyingness, making it enjoyable for extended consumption. The refreshing flavor pairs well with pumpkin cake and various grains, adding a delightful crunch and chewiness to the overall experience.

Minito Gelato Chocolate Flavor stands out with its dense and chewy texture. The chocolate flavor is distinct, with a rich and slightly bitter taste characteristic of high-quality chocolate. It is not overly sweet. Paired with pancakes drizzled with various berry sauces and a generous amount of whipped cream, this dish offers a complex and multi-dimensional flavor profile, combining tartness, sweetness, richness, bitterness, and a satisfying chewiness.

Minito Gelato Passion Fruit Flavor is one of my favorites due to its perfect balance of tartness and passion fruit aroma. The addition of passion fruit pulp adds a delightful textural element to the gelato. Pairing it with fresh fruits and fluffy, buttery toast creates a refreshingly delicious treat.

Minito Gelato Vanilla Flavor Dense and smooth texture with a distinct and well-balanced vanilla flavor that is sure to please everyone. Try pairing it with crumble for an added crunch and fresh fruit for a different kind of deliciousness.

Minito Gelato: Tiramisu Flavor

The Minito Gelato Tiramisu flavor was Do's favorite among the five he tasted. This flavor is rare to find as not many places make it. The dense and chewy texture was pleasing, with an enticing coffee aroma. The taste was creamy and slightly sweet, making it deliciously light and not overly rich. Paired with waffles and fresh fruit drizzled with cream, it was a delightful treat.

In addition to the 5 flavors that have been tasted, there are other flavors such as Coffee Crunch, Cookie and Cream, Melon, and Green Mix. There are also special flavors that Minito Gelato makes regularly to give us a variety of delicious flavors, such as Japanese Green Tea, Thai Tea, Milky Blue, Caramel, Rum Raisin, and Yogurt. Not only that, if we have any flavor in mind, we can also order it to be made as a special flavor for us. The cup size sold is a convenient amount for 55 baht. It can be purchased at Café Amazon or ordered as a special delivery pack to be delivered to your home on special occasions. It's like they're really taking care of us.

As mentioned earlier, when we do what we love and are truly passionate about, the results are bound to be excellent. Minito Gelato ice cream is no exception. With its smooth and dense texture, distinct and pronounced flavors, and perfectly balanced sweetness, it's an absolute delight that won't leave you feeling cloyed.
