Fresh Japanese food, who says it's hard to find? No way!
In this review, we will take you on a tour of a premium Japanese restaurant at an affordable price.
“MAGURO”, where not only the food is delicious, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is also considered very good.
The restaurant features a subtle Japanese aesthetic with a large bar facing the counter, perfect for those who enjoy watching the chefs prepare their dishes live. This is a must-try spot!
For those seeking a more private experience, a variety of seating options are available, including plush tatami mats in the traditional Japanese style.
Alternatively, comfortable chairs are also provided. Choose your preferred spot and relax!
Let's start with the first menu to whet your appetite...
4 Seasons Salmon Set This menu is a must-try for salmon lovers.
A stunningly arranged platter of assorted salmon, served in a massive bowl, showcasing the four seasons.
SPRING Lightly grilled salmon with a hint of char, tossed with fragrant black sesame seeds.
A delightful experience is to dip the skewer slightly in the sauce and then savor the entire bite in your mouth.
SUMMER Chopped salmon served with salmon roe. The burst of salmon roe in your mouth creates a refreshing sensation.
AUTUMN Crispy salmon skin served with a special creamy avocado dip.
WINTER A thick-cut portion of fresh salmon belly, known for its rich marbling of fat.
Imagine the rich flavor melting in your mouth, creating an explosion of deliciousness.
Menu 2: Midori Set (Mini Omakase), a sushi menu perfect for those who can't decide.
The restaurant has made the decision for you, offering 8 pieces of sushi bursting with the best ingredients of the day.
With a unique concept, this set aims to provide customers with a new and different dining experience.
Get ready to indulge in a culinary journey with every bite!
Menu 3: Shirauo Salad, a crispy fried silverfish salad. When I saw the bowl, I was a little surprised because it was huge. 555
Fresh salad greens topped with large, crispy fried silverfish, drizzled with Japanese salad dressing. Mix it up a bit. ((It's delicious.))
I overheard that the salad dressing here is homemade and only available at MAGURO.
The taste is a bit salty, with a hint of sweet and sour. Most importantly, it smells strongly of sesame.
The final menu item, Salmon Engawa Roll, is the restaurant's most popular dish.
This 8-piece roll is the perfect size, featuring fresh salmon topped with Engawa (fin of a flatfish).
The Engawa has a rich, tender, and slightly chewy texture, and is grilled to medium perfection. The roll is drizzled with a sweet sauce and a fragrant, creamy sauce.
Just talking about it makes my mouth water!
For dessert, we recommend Daifuku Mochi, a sweet and soft dough that melts in your mouth.
Filled with a large fresh strawberry, it pairs perfectly with the green tea filling.
This meal was incredibly satisfying and delicious. However, in addition to the dishes we've mentioned, ...
MAGURO also offers a wide variety of other dishes.
