This trip took place on Saturday, May 28, 2016. During that time, the office (the Singapore office) sent me to help with a project in Penglai, China. Penglai is a city located in the west of South Korea, but on the opposite side of the sea.

This Cherry Picking Tour was a special event organized to celebrate the birthday of the Site Manager.

Cherry Picking Tour: A Sweet Escape

After a joyous evening of celebration and cake-cutting on the 27th, we embarked on a refreshing cherry picking tour on the morning of the 28th.

Our journey began at 8:00 AM, aptly named the "Cherry Picking Tour," a hands-on experience in a cherry orchard.

Similar to visiting a rambutan or durian orchard in Thailand, this tour allowed participants to freely pick and taste cherries to their heart's content. They could savor the sweet delights until satisfied, with no obligation to purchase or take any home if they weren't to their liking.

Located a short distance from the office, the orchard was reached within forty minutes.

Opportunities like this are hard to come by. When they do, be sure to capture the moment with a photograph as proof.

The apple tree that I have long wanted to see, today I saw the real tree (but the fruit is still small).

Brother Tiger's work, eating alone is enough. The price is 25 yuan per kilogram, or 120 baht. In total, it's more than a kilogram. After being stunned, it's 27 yuan.

The mother is the one who weighs, while the daughter is the one who collects the money.

After a delightful shopping spree (lasting over 2 hours), it was time to bid farewell and head back to base.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my boss and the management team for organizing this trip, which has given me the opportunity to get to know Cherry and Apple on a more personal level.
