I've heard great things about Edge Restaurant for a long time, and its reputation for going above and beyond is well-deserved. Today, I decided to see for myself.

This weekend getaway offers a special Sunday Brunch.

Lunch is served at Edge Restaurant on the 14th floor from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The price is THB 1,500 per person. Children aged 1-5 years old eat for free.

The indoor dining area features tables suitable for banquets. Alternatively, guests can opt for seating by the windows to enjoy the ocean view.

This is a buffet that brings together the best dishes of every day, making it the most complete buffet available today. It features a wide variety of fresh seafood, including:

Shrimp, oysters, New Zealand mussels, blue crabs, mantis shrimps, and even caviar! This is truly a feast fit for a king.

Japanese cuisine features salmon, sushi, and sashimi, which are highly recommended.

Italian cuisine: pizza, spaghetti, bread, and cheese galore.

Let's take a look at Thai, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. Leading the way are spicy and sour dishes, various salads, and crispy pork khao soi.

After we had eaten until our bellies were full, the staff called to inform us that our room was ready. What perfect timing! We finished eating just as the room became available.

It's time to rest. In the afternoon, we will have afternoon tea and take photos while playing in the pool and watching the sunset.

The elevator took us up to the 29th floor, where our room, a KING HILTON DELUXE – SEAVIEW, awaited. The room offered stunning views of the ocean and North Pattaya. The interior was spotless, and all necessary amenities were provided. The bathroom featured a bathtub and a separate toilet room. A glass wall separated the bedroom from the bathroom, making it ideal for couples. However, if you're traveling with friends, don't worry; a curtain is available for privacy. After freshening up, we decided to take a nap and set our alarms for 4 pm.

The sound of the alarm clock rings. We quickly change into our swimsuits and head downstairs for tea. My wife is on her period, so we can't go swimming. Instead, we head to Drift, which is open from 9 am to 11 pm. Afternoon tea is served from 1 pm to 5 pm. The afternoon tea set costs 750 baht, which is very reasonable considering the service and atmosphere. It comes with pastries and a choice of hot or cold drinks for each person.

After enjoying the English gentleman's way, the sun is now setting. I'm going to take a dip in the water before playing. But before I can, my wife wants to take a picture as a souvenir.

As she couldn't swim, haha, I then got out of the jacuzzi at the pool while my wife walked around taking pictures. The facilities here are excellent and well-equipped.

The spa, fitness center, and kids' club are all located on the same floor, while the rooftop bar is on the 36th floor. We couldn't wait to check it out.

As I soaked in the water, I played around for a while until she came down to take pictures of me during the sunset. Let me tell you, the view was truly breathtaking.

Good morning. I woke up at 9:00 am after sleeping since 11:00 pm. I got up, showered, changed clothes, and went down to have breakfast.

We will have breakfast at the same restaurant as yesterday. When you arrive, you can tell them your room number. The breakfast buffet is truly amazing.

There is a wide variety of food, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

The breakfast buffet includes sushi, cold soba noodles, noodle soup, a salad bar, cheese, ham, an egg station, cereal, fruit juice, fruit, and desserts.

After finishing breakfast, we went back to our room to shower and pack our bags to prepare for our return to Bangkok.

During my two-day stay, I truly enjoyed a relaxing and fulfilling experience. I spent my time indulging in delicious meals and restful sleep, interspersed with engaging activities. This simple routine brought me immense happiness and contentment.

No need to travel far, victims. Whatever you want, just go shopping at Central. If you have the chance, I want you to experience the Hilton Pattaya.
