This restaurant offers truly delicious food, especially the red pork buns. They are far superior to the offerings of popular restaurants with long queues or even Michelin-starred establishments.
While this restaurant may not be featured in tourist blogs, it is a popular spot for locals to enjoy authentic dim sum. The lack of recommendations does not indicate a lack of quality.
If you're visiting Hong Kong, be sure to check out the area around Queen Road, near the famous cupping room.

A must-try dish here is the red pork bun, locally known as "cha sao pao".
The texture of the pastry here is exceptional, boasting a thin, crispy exterior that gives way to a soft, pillowy interior. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, avoiding excessive sugariness.
Price: 19 HKD
A delectable dish, glistening with flavor. A must-try for any visitor.
We usually enjoy Tim Ho Wan's beef brisket rice, so we decided to try this restaurant's version. It was delicious, although not quite as good as Tim Ho Wan's.
Price: 24 HKD
