Stepping off the tour bus into the cool, drizzly air, a gentle rain that broke the silence, I finally arrived at the "Sukhothai Historical Park" after a long journey from Mo Chit. As it was still very early, I decided to take a quick nap. Zzzzz

Waking up to a still gloomy sky, I'm ready to hop on my rented bike and hit the road.

These are the numbers for the fortune sticks.

There is a significant number of both Thai and international cycling families.

The overcast sky provided a smooth cycling experience, as the lack of sun kept the temperature cool and comfortable.

On to the second temple! Let's go!

Some travelers embark on their journeys alone, while others opt for the companionship of a group.

The journey continues to be as verdant as ever.

Let's move on to the third temple. Along the way, there are restrooms and shops selling drinks.

This temple also has a riverside seating area where you can relax. The cool air and the riverside view might make you drowsy.

The next temple I visited was "Wat Si Chum," which could be considered an "Unseen" temple of Sukhothai Historical Park. However, by that time, the sun was already out, and it was very hot.

The scenery along the way was so beautiful that we stopped our bikes to take a group photo. We were a little nervous about the traffic while taking the photo.

I came across a beautifully designed trash can, so I snapped a quick picture.

The crowd inside was overwhelming, so I opted to take photos around the perimeter first. I waited for the crowd to disperse before entering.

Once the crowd has thinned, enter the building.

After being filled with the beauty of Wat Si Chum, I cycled back the same way, but I continued a little further to visit another temple that is not well-known but has beautiful views: Wat Saphan Hin.

The view from here is breathtaking.

Upon reaching the top, you will encounter the principal Buddha image of Wat Saphan Hin. This temple is remarkably serene and peaceful.

After that, I cycled back to the park and took some photos while waiting for the sunset at "Wat Mahathat".

As the sun began to set, I set up my tripod and camera, ready to capture the moment. Despite feeling exhausted, I persevered, determined to get the perfect shot.

The sky turned pitch black, so I returned to my accommodation, took a refreshing shower, and went out to find dinner. Then, I crawled into my accommodation and went to sleep to recharge. Zzzz

On the last morning, I cycled out of the park again for half a morning to visit the temples I hadn't been to yet.

The first place to visit is the "Ancient Site of Wat Chang Lom".

After that, cycle back to Wat Si Chum to visit the last temple before returning, which is the "ancient site of Wat Phra Phai Luang".

The beautiful scenery along the way prompted us to take another group photo.

We have arrived at the "Ancient Site of Wat Phra Phai Luang".

The time had come to return, and I opted for the train. I took a songthaew from the park to Sukhothai Transport, where I boarded a van for a 40-45 minute journey to Phitsanulok. Before embarking on my return trip, I paid respects at Phra Buddha Chinnarat.
