Pattaya again!!! And once again we have cool accommodation to recommend.

If many people have an image of Pattaya as a colorful entertainment city by the sea, and are afraid of the chaos of staying there, why not try the place we are going to recommend? This place is "Ruen Tippy Pattaya Boutique Residence".

The journey is straightforward. If you're driving, take the motorway and expressway to Chonburi, then turn towards Na Kluea. Alternatively, simply get in your car, start the engine, and set your GPS to Ruean Thipp Residence. You'll be there in no time! Look for the large sign and turn in.

The ambiance outside Thep Thipt Pattaya Residence

For those who do not have their own transportation, you may be wondering, "How do I get there?" Don't worry, Ruean Thipp Residence offers a pick-up service for guests. Once you arrive in Pattaya, simply give them a call and they will arrange for your transportation.

This three-day, two-night trip will be more valuable than many of our working days. Let's not waste any time, check in, and enjoy our rooms. While we wait, we can take some photos and rest. Don't worry about your luggage; the staff will take care of it.

Wow! The first feeling I had when I stepped into the lobby was "This is so cool!" The interior design here is indescribable, but it looks great and everything fits together perfectly.

Let's take a break and rest our heads on the pillows before we explore the bedroom and discover the unique features of this place.

Our room for this trip is a Deluxe Sea-view room. Just step out onto the balcony and you'll be greeted by the stunning ocean view.

The king-sized bed is brand new, as the hotel has recently undergone renovations and has only been open for approximately three months. Therefore, almost all of the amenities are still in pristine condition.

This bedroom features a minimalist design with a white and gray color scheme. Abstract artwork in the same color tones adorns the walls, creating a visually calming atmosphere ideal for relaxation and... well... taking selfies.

The room is fully equipped with amenities, including cable TV, a kettle, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer.

The bathroom is also simple.

The room also features a bathtub, but please note that bathing is currently unavailable due to a water leakage issue. The Ruentip Pattaya team is working on a solution.

This is the view from the back of the room. Looking out, you can see the Pattaya Sea on the Na Kluea side in its entirety. Turning slightly to the left, you can see the Prasat Sattama in the distance.

After a relaxing break in your room, let's explore the stylish corners of Ruean Tipthe Pattaya Residence. Follow us!

Upon entering the lobby, one is immediately struck by the stylish and cool ambiance. The decor is predominantly white, creating a clean and inviting aesthetic. The overall impression is one of charm and sophistication, reminiscent of a trendy cafe designed for photogenic appeal. The effect is undeniably successful.

This area can be considered a waiting area, whether you are waiting to check in or out, waiting for a friend, or waiting for your significant other. You can come and sit here.

The lobby of Ruentip Pattaya is adorned with charming vintage-style decorations, including flowers, lamps, and photographs, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a photography studio. The ambiance is so captivating that it inspires guests to capture every corner with their cameras.

Move a little closer. Inside, next to the lobby, is the dining area, which is also well-organized and decorated.

There are always enough seats for guests, as most guests tend to dine out at nearby attractions such as Pattaya Beach or Walking Street during mealtimes.

This space serves not only as a dining room for individual guests but also as a venue for group seminars and conferences.

Featuring both indoor and outdoor zones, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air.

At Ruean Thip Pattaya, artistic touches are incorporated into every corner, creating a unique and stylish ambiance throughout the property.

I'm going to bed now... Oh my god!!!! This is the bathroom!!!!

After showing you the lobby and dining area, I was exhausted and the scene cuts out... Let's jump to the next day.

A light breakfast of ham, sausage, and eggs.

Relaxation is not just about sitting and lying down. There must be activities to add some flavor to life. The main activities in this trip will be water activities. After all, we are so close to the sea.

As for the activities, Ruean Tippy can arrange them for us. Whether it's island hopping, diving, etc., just tell them what you want to do. Wow, how convenient is that?

Returning to our activity, parasailing. I apologize for saying it was a water activity earlier... it's clearly an air activity. And this was our first time parasailing. It was a bit scary, but also a lot of fun.

After our skydiving adventure, we plunged into the water for our second activity: Sea Walker. This involved wearing a special helmet that allowed us to walk underwater and observe the fish and coral reefs. The helmet created an air pocket, preventing water from entering, but it also made us feel a bit claustrophobic due to the enclosed space.

Hooray! This is my first time Sea Walking too!

The exhilarating activities of parasailing and sea walking drained our energy considerably. Fortunately, we were able to take a short break on Koh Lan. The white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of this island always leave us feeling refreshed.

Koh Lan remains Koh Lan, bustling with people as always, especially on weekends. But honestly, if you're not too bothered by the crowds, it's a great option for a family getaway with crystal-clear waters not far from Bangkok.

Unfortunately, the water was quite murky and the current was strong today, so we didn't see much. Maybe next time we'll have better luck.

To expedite and ensure a seamless reading experience, let's skip the soggy and weary moments and jump straight to the next morning.

As usual, we started the day with breakfast... This was our last day at Ruean Thip Pattaya. Sigh... I wish we could stay longer. Haha!

In addition to breakfast, coffee and bread are available for self-service. Self-service in this context means making your own coffee, toasting your own bread, and eating until you are full.

The atmosphere is not like we are in a hotel restaurant, but rather like we are in a chill cafe somewhere. It would be a bit difficult to ask us not to take pictures. Hehe.

If you're a photography enthusiast, this is the place for you! With stunning photo opportunities from the front lobby to the仰望星空 seating area, you're sure to find the perfect angle to capture your memories. It's like they designed it just for us!

The interior is beautiful, and the exterior has a pleasant atmosphere.

Click the shutter until you're satisfied.

Before leaving, the friendly staff at Ruay Thip Pattaya gave us a tour of the different room types.

We started with the double bed room, which is perfect for friends or couples who don't want to share a bed for whatever reason.

The room's color scheme and design emphasize a sense of openness and airiness, with white and gray tones dominating the space. Stylish artwork adorns the walls, creating an ambiance reminiscent of a hotel room.

This room features one king-size bed and one single bed, making it ideal for families. The decor is consistent with the rest of the hotel, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.

The other room is also a Deluxe Sea-view room, just like the one we are staying in.

The rear view of the Sea-View room offers a view of the sea on the salt farm side. If you turn slightly to the left, you can see the Sanctuary of Truth in the distance.

At Ruentip Pattaya Boutique Residence, there are both sea-view and city-view rooms. Believe it or not, a good stay at a stylish place like this starts at only 800 baht per night. Plus, there are both daily and monthly rates available.

In addition to guest rooms, Ruentip Pattaya also has meeting rooms for groups who come to stay for meetings, seminars, and parties. They also offer event planning services.

For health enthusiasts who prefer to stay in, the on-site fitness center offers a range of modern equipment. Alternatively, guests can rent bicycles for a morning ride.

After touring the various types of rooms, including the meeting room and fitness center, it was time for us to check out and go home. But hey, once we got down to the lobby, we wanted to take a few more photos before we left.

Bonus!!!!

For those who have checked out and don't want to go home yet, try visiting a place near Ruean Thiph. Let's start with the Sanctuary of Truth, a magnificent wooden castle built in the traditional Thai style.

The entrance fee to the Sanctuary of Truth may be a bit steep, but you can always enjoy a meal at the Krua Na Kluea restaurant and admire the castle from the outside.

A must-visit spot for fresh seafood in Pattaya's Na Kluea area is the Larn Pho Market.

The Pho Market is considered an ancient market of the Nageleuk community.

After a tiring walk through the market, you can rest under the shade of a tree or enjoy the cool sea breeze at the Phothi Public Park.

Ultimately, the ocean is the only option for finding tranquility and relaxation in the vicinity of Central or South Pattaya. The extended, serene beach of Huay Krating, with its refreshing breeze, is the ideal location to unwind and enjoy a peaceful weekend.

That's it for another short weekend trip, but the review is sooooooo long... If you like it, please share it with your friends.
