Weekends are so short,

And I'm bored, I want to travel again.

Where should I go? Not too far, and I want to breathe the scent of mountains and trees.

The answer is here, 'Khao Kheow Open Zoo'.

This trip, we decided to go to Khao Kheow Open Zoo because we had a plan to work in Chonburi.

Because I had been there since I was a child and thought, 'Hey, I can go to the zoo when I grow up.'

Khao Kheow is the perfect answer.

Let's see, no time to waste.

1. Travel We came from Bangkok, so we went straight to the motorway, road number 7.

Drive for about 60 kilometers, there will be a sign for Khao Kheow. Let's find the exit at Chb 4063 and try to look at the sign on the left.

The entrance will be visible (no need for signs along the way).

2. Zoo entrance fee

An additional 80 baht is charged for vehicles entering the zoo.

We will then receive a zoo map.

The paths are clearly marked, and each attraction is within walking distance.

Visitors can park their cars and walk to the attractions, or if they do not have a car, the zoo provides golf carts for rent to drive around the zoo.

Let's get started!

The zoo has many zones and a considerable number of gardens. It's quite impressive.

I'll post a lot of pictures of the animals now.

The Eld's deer are right here in the garden. We can get close enough to take photos.

The bird zone is magnificent, complete with a waterfall.

The lion is exhausted and asleep.

The monkey is very cool.

This one is a highlight, with poses waiting for you.

We spent almost 3 hours at the zoo, ending at the Tiger Forest Valley.

We may not have spent the whole day there, missing 2 shows (shows are at 10 am and 2 pm), but it was still very worthwhile. For those who are tired of cafes, movies, or shopping malls, this is another option for relaxation.

We'll continue a little more.

Today we are staying in Bangsaen for one night before going to work tomorrow.

So we stopped by to eat in Bangsaen.

The restaurant's name is "Favorite Dish", located in Bangsaen Soi 1.

The food is very delicious, the taste is spicy, and there is also free chili paste on every table. The chili paste is very delicious.

We ordered 3 dishes: catfish tom yum, stir-fried shark, and garlic beef salad. All for 500 baht. The price is very good.

Highly recommended.

We stayed at Seabreeze Bangsaen, an apartment complex.

The room rate was 800 baht per night, which was reasonable.

The room was clean, located by the sea, and offered a sea view.

Plus, enjoy the sea view from the restaurant (in Casa Luna Village).

The trip concludes with a visit to the orangutans.
