Perhaps sitting idly somewhere, without having to think too much, can bring a different kind of happiness. Right? "Phaya Meng Rai" is a name that many people may have heard of, as it comes from King Mengrai the Great in the past. However, this name has now become the name of a small district in Chiang Rai province, which I believe many people have never visited.

The question is, what is interesting in this district? What to do? Why go? No one seems to be visiting. Let me answer directly: there is nothing. There is not much to do here, really. Why? Because most people travel to places that others have been to and then tell others about it, right?

In my opinion, every place has something to offer in terms of tourism. This is because tourism is a form of learning new things. New experiences go beyond simply taking photos or having coffee at popular spots. This time, I visited Wat Phra That Doi Kham in Chiang Mai because I was attending a yoga teacher training course. While the course was demanding, I still made time to explore the area.

And then when we drove past this point, wow, it was so green and relaxing. I just wanted to sit there and let my mind wander. The view was amazing, and the air was fresh. I realized that happiness is really close by, just a short drive away.

This is "Kad Him Nam Hong Bia," which translates to "Market by the Hong Bia River." While the market is no longer operational, it offers a scenic spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding rice fields. The fresh air and peaceful atmosphere provide a sense of tranquility, making it an ideal location to unwind and appreciate the beauty of nature. The speaker emphasizes that this experience surpasses the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist destinations, offering a more authentic and fulfilling encounter with the local environment. The charm of Chiang Rai extends beyond this particular location, with numerous other attractions waiting to be discovered. The speaker expresses a deep appreciation for the province and anticipates future visits to explore its hidden gems.

The fast-paced life in Bangkok can be tiring at times, so it's nice to escape to a more relaxed environment like Trat.
