This trip will take you to relax not far from Bangkok... at The Sea-Cret Garden Hua Hin, a resort known for its **"white villas lined up by the huge swimming pool."**

The resort now offers a new **'2-bedroom private pool villa'**, perfect for families or groups of friends. Let's take a look at this new addition in this review.

The Secret Garden Resort, Hua Hin

497 Moo 3, Hin Lek Fai Subdistrict, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, 77110

The journey from Bangkok takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes by car, following the GPS route. Alternatively, for those who prefer not to drive, the hotel offers a shuttle service from the Hua Hin Clock Tower.

If you don't have a private car but want to travel conveniently in a group, we recommend the car rental service from Hertz Rent a Car (Hertz Thailand). You can easily book and choose the car you want through the website www.hertzthailand.com. Or if you are not comfortable, you can call the Call Center at 02 266 4666.

The advantage of Hertz is its extensive network of branches throughout the country, catering to customers in all regions. You can rent a car at a branch near you. For location and opening hours of each branch, please visit > http://www.hertzthailand.com/branch.php

Deluxe Pool Access Villa

A notable feature of this resort, which has captivated many, is the **poolside villas**. These villas boast an extraordinary feature: two expansive swimming pools. Each villa offers private access to the pool, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing dip at their leisure, day or night.

Whether you come as a couple or as a family, you're guaranteed to have a blast! The kids will especially love it.

The room is decorated in white, pink, and purple hues, creating a whimsical and adorable atmosphere.

The room features a large, comfortable bed and a sofa. If you are traveling with three people, you can request an extra bed from the hotel (additional charges may apply).

The room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and tea and coffee for your convenience. However, snacks and soft drinks in the refrigerator are not free. In my opinion, the prices are very reasonable, around ten baht more than the regular price. It's a great option for satisfying your hunger (and laziness).

Let's take a look at the bathroom. The hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, and soap. You will need to bring any other toiletries you may need. The bathroom is divided into a shower area and a Jacuzzi tub. Those who enjoy relaxing in the tub will surely appreciate this feature.

The villa's rooftop features a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the sunset. You can also order BBQ and grill it here during the late afternoon, while enjoying the beautiful view.

Private 2-Bedroom Pool Villa

We are now taking you to the newly opened zone, which has just been completed. We are among the first to visit this area, and everything is still brand new.

This pool villa zone caters specifically to groups and families, offering:
• Private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villas
• Jacuzzi and private swimming pool
• Fully equipped kitchen

30% off regular price. Today - November 30, 2017.
• Weekdays: 5,600 baht (from 8,000 baht)
• Saturdays/holidays: 7,000 baht (from 10,000 baht)

***Price per night for 5 guests, breakfast not included.

Booking a pool villa in this zone grants you a private pool, albeit smaller than the main pool. However, the trade-off is a fenced-in area, offering enhanced privacy.

The living room boasts plush sofas, perfect for lounging, watching TV, playing games, and socializing late into the night.

Each room has two beds like this, with a TV and cool air conditioning.
There is also a bathroom and shower in each room.

The bathroom is spacious enough to sleep in. It has a jacuzzi where you can relax, and it's more private than before.

The other bedroom, which is not adjacent to the pool, offers similar amenities.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook and eat to your heart's content. They have a stove, microwave, kettle, cups, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, and a refrigerator, all ready for you to use.

The rooftop still has a chill-out area, but now it also has lush trees for shade.

Breakfast Buffet at Jinn & Juice Restaurant

Guests who have booked a room with breakfast included can enjoy their meal at the Jinn & Juice restaurant. Located near the lobby, the breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The breakfast buffet offers a selection of approximately 5-6 dishes, including clear soup, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, bacon, sausages, and rice porridge. Additionally, there are salad options, cereals, fruit juices, fresh milk, a noodle station, a bread station, and an egg station where eggs are cooked to order. Guests can choose from a variety of options, including omelets, fried eggs, and toast.

This morning, we opted for a simple breakfast of rice porridge with side dishes such as Chinese sausage, fried fish, pickled vegetables, salted egg, and a fried egg. We also had ham, sausage, orange juice, and fresh milk, which left us feeling full and ready to jump back into the water!

For dinner, we dined at Jinn & Juice restaurant once again.

The first drink was a mango smoothie, expertly crafted by the beautiful bartender, Aey. The smoothie was incredibly smooth, with a perfectly balanced sweetness and mango flavor.

Tonight's dinner included a variety of delicious dishes, such as Tom Yum seafood soup, crab stir-fried with curry powder, fried fish, grilled pork with spicy dipping sauce, and jungle curry with sea bass. Each dish was incredibly flavorful and satisfying! The food was fresh, clean, and very affordable, with each menu item costing around 200 baht. There's no need to go out to eat anywhere else - this place is simply the best!

It is highly recommended to try the Virgin Pina Colada. This refreshing drink is a blend of coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, and a touch of simple syrup. The aroma is delightful, and the taste is perfectly balanced.

Advantages and Disadvantages

Advantages:

  • Spacious swimming pool: Enjoy swimming day and night in the expansive pool.
  • Private villas: Each villa offers ample privacy, ensuring a peaceful stay.
  • Comfortable amenities: Sink into plush beds, enjoy refreshing air conditioning, and stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi.
  • Delicious cuisine: Savor Thai-inspired dishes delivered to your villa at affordable prices.
  • Rooftop BBQ area: Host unforgettable gatherings with a dedicated BBQ space on the villa's rooftop.
  • Friendly staff: Experience warm hospitality and excellent service from the cheerful staff.

**Minor drawbacks:**

  • No direct beach access. If you enjoy swimming in the sea or strolling along the beach, you may want to consider other options.
  • No convenience stores near the hotel. It is recommended to stock up on water and snacks before arriving at the hotel.
  • The hotel entrance is made of gravel, which may be difficult to navigate for vehicles with low ground clearance.

Although this place is not by the sea, I can guarantee that it is as beautiful as in the pictures. There are many photo spots, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with family, friends, or loved ones. And if you love swimming, you won't be disappointed!
