Hello, Readme friends. Today, I have a Japanese restaurant in Pattaya to recommend to you. When you go to the sea, do you have to eat seafood every meal? Sometimes it gets boring, and you want to try something new. Today, I had the opportunity to eat Japanese food at Dare Sushi Salad and Fruit Bar, or simply Dare, a restaurant at the D Varee Jomtien Beach Hotel located on Jomtien Beach Road between Soi 13 and Soi 14. There are many menus to choose from. Let's see which menus are interesting and which dishes are worth trying. Let's see.

Getting there is easy. Once you reach Jomtien Beach, simply drive along the beach. If you're worried about getting lost, you can use GPS coordinates for the De Varee Jomtien Beach Hotel, Pattaya. It's easy to find, and you can park right in front of the restaurant. It's very convenient.

The Darare restaurant is located directly in front of the hotel. It has a distinct identity, with the iconic Japanese flag as its symbol, instantly recognizable to all. Come on in, open the door!

The restaurant boasts a charming Japanese-style decor, creating an authentic ambiance. Open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

There are many seating options available. We chose to sit in the innermost corner, which was peaceful and quiet. As we arrived during the day, there were not many guests, so we could choose our seats freely.

What would you like to eat? We have a variety of dishes to choose from, all with clearly marked prices. We also offer a selection of teas, bottled water, and soft drinks.

Iced tea is also available.

Each menu item looks delicious. Let's take a look at each dish and see how it tastes.

The first dish has arrived! The "Sashimi Set" is a must-try. It features a variety of fresh seafood, including salmon, tuna, mackerel, and giant squid tentacles. The set is served with kimchi and spicy wasabi. As a salmon lover, I particularly enjoyed this dish. The salmon was incredibly tender and flavorful.

Salmon Salad: A Fusion of Japanese and Thai Flavors

This salmon salad perfectly blends Japanese and Thai ingredients for a truly unique and flavorful experience. While enjoying raw fish or rice balls alone can be a bit bland, this dish offers a burst of excitement with its zesty dressing.

The star of the show is the diced, thick-cut salmon, which is tossed in a specially crafted dressing that caters to the Thai palate. This dish is a must-try, offering a delightful explosion of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.

Next, we have a variety of rice balls.

California Rolls: Avocado and Seaweed Delights

These California rolls are a delightful combination of avocado, cucumber, and shrimp roe, generously wrapped in seaweed. The generous size of each roll makes for a satisfying bite, offering a burst of flavor and texture in every mouthful.

Hiyashi wakame Nigiri : Seaweed Salad Nigiri This nigiri is wrapped in a sheet of seaweed and topped with a crunchy seaweed salad. The sushi here is really big, so it's very filling.

Tempura Prawns: Served piping hot, these prawns boast a satisfyingly crispy exterior and a tender interior. The chef's meticulous presentation enhances the dining experience, making this dish a perennial favorite.

Salad Bar A self-service salad bar with over 20 items to choose from, priced at 90 baht per plate. You can take as much or as little as you like. There is also a wide variety of salad dressings to choose from.

Every dish we had today was from the menu with clearly stated prices. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and looked fresh. The chef cooked it fresh for us right then and there. The ingredients were of high quality. The restaurant's atmosphere, while not very spacious, was pleasant with its Japanese-style decor and various seating options, making it comfortable for guests. It's easy to find and, most importantly, the prices are affordable.

Japanese Buffet

This phrase is already in English. Would you like me to translate it to another language?

An evening buffet is available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, priced at 299 THB and 499 THB, with a dining time of 90 minutes.

The key difference is that the Japanese buffet for 299 THB allows you to enjoy all the dishes and menu items displayed on the buffet line. This includes various sushi toppings, shrimp tempura, rice and other dishes, bakery items, seasonal fruits, and much more. However, this price does not include drinks; it only covers the cost of the food.

The Premium buffet 499.- includes unlimited refills of hot/cold brewed tea and a set of assorted sashimi. At this price, the sashimi alone is worth it!

The original text is in Thai and describes a positive dining experience at the Dara Restaurant. Here's the translated text:

"For this meal at the Dara Restaurant, I was impressed. The ingredients were of good quality, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. If you're visiting the beach and want something different from seafood, you can try this place. As for the buffet, I recommend the 499 baht option, which allows you to eat everything. Most importantly, you can order unlimited sashimi and green tea refills. For sashimi lovers like me, just the sashimi platter alone is worth the price."

Location: Jomtien Beach Road, in front of D Varee Jomtien Beach Hotel, Soi 13-14.
