Hello, dear readers! :)
Today, I'm inviting you to join me on a trip to Phuket, a small city that's a paradise for beach lovers.
Our journey begins at the crack of dawn.
As soon as the plane touches down, we will take you on a tour.
The first stop is not far from the airport, about 9 kilometers away.
"Mai Khao Beach, Sirinat National Park"
The highlight of this place is that you can see airplanes landing up close, almost screaming ><."
However, this also depends on the wind direction. The wind direction must be opposite to the landing point, meaning it must blow out to sea. You can check the wind direction at the following link: [link to windguru.cz]
After admiring the airplanes, we enjoyed a local meal together at "Mom Moo Dong" restaurant.
This trip, we will take our friends to stay at the "Nook Dee Boutique Resort by Andacura" on the hill of Kata Beach, which is the hotel that the author has always dreamed of experiencing the atmosphere the most. And we are free at the same time. :)
The hotel aims to strike a balance between preserving its Thai heritage and incorporating modern, stylish elements.
Moreover, it has also been recognized with awards. No ordinary feat!
We've taken some cool photos in front of the hotel.
Let's head inside now, shall we? :)
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our mascot, the adorable elephant doll.
The hotel has incorporated the elephant, a symbol of our city and home, into its welcoming gesture. :)
How chic!
Upon arrival at the lobby, the receptionist greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Eager to settle in, we promptly proceeded to check-in.
While waiting for the staff to verify the room information, a small jug of chilled bael fruit juice is provided to quench your thirst. (The juice is truly refreshing!) It's a great way to cool down after a long journey.
Enjoy a refreshing drink and take a stroll around the area.
Our mascot, the elephant, is truly omnipresent.
The view here is truly extraordinary, stretching as far as the eye can see.
The hotel's viewpoint offers panoramic views of three bays: Kata Noi, Kata, and Karon.
Facing the sea, the bays are arranged from left to right.
Staying at a premium hotel with such an amazing atmosphere is an absolute steal.
The signs to each point of the hotel are adorable.
Check-in was smooth, and the staff remained friendly, helping to carry my bags to the room.
The interior of the room is a blend of traditional Thai and modern exposed concrete.
It is spacious and comfortable.
I am completely enamored with the ambiance of this room.
He jumped onto the soft bed without hesitation.
So comfortable.
The hotel's bathrobes also retain a Thai touch, which I was very impressed with.
In addition to the stylish Thai-style bathrobes, the hotel provides a woven bag with two towels inside.
Perfect for carrying to the pool or for a day trip to the beach.
No need to bring your own shoulder bag.
The bathroom is spacious and well-defined.
Interestingly, the tile pattern resembles the pattern of the skirt I brought with me.
I did my homework well and chose an outfit that matches the hotel's tile floor perfectly. (555)
A spacious bathtub, soaking in warm water, truly relaxing.
From the balcony of the room, you can see the view of Kata Beach, with a cool breeze blowing.
The first highlight of this place is the swimming pool.
If we swim to the end of the pool and soak in the water while waiting for the sunset,
it's something that words can't describe. I can only say that you have to try it yourself.
Sri endures the sun and the wind.
A Day of Swimming Bliss: From Dawn to Dusk
Immerse yourself in a full day of swimming, from the golden glow of sunrise to the starlit sky of dusk. This unparalleled experience offers a haven of tranquility, far from the bustling crowds vying for the perfect sunset spot.
The beauty of this location is undeniable, a genuine paradise that beckons you to explore its depths. Come and discover the magic for yourself.
Poolside bar, sip wine and relax in the pool.
This pool is all mine, haha (laughing like a winner and feeling happy).
The next highlight of this place is the rooftop of the hotel, a 360-degree viewpoint for watching the sunset.
A beautiful view with a gentle breeze. A cold drink would be the perfect addition.
A seat for watching the sunset, a touch of romance (imagined).
Looking ahead, a vast expanse of blue ocean unfolds.
A hint of orange sunlight peeks through the sky.
Everything feels perfectly balanced, as if time could stand still.
If you're tired of looking at the sea for too long and want to rest your eyes with some greenery, just turn your head slightly to the back.
You'll see majestic mountains of various sizes (the sea in front, the mountains behind - truly wonderful).
Another special highlight of today (why this review is so special)
is the 'Loy Krathong' festival, for which the hotel has prepared a venue
to host a Loy Krathong event for tonight. :)
The venue is decorated in a traditional Thai style, with Loy Krathong songs playing on repeat.
The catchy tunes get stuck in your head, and you find yourself humming along softly.
The food was excellent and served as a buffet, priced at 1,199 baht per person. (This is considered inexpensive compared to driving to eat near Kata Beach.)
The seats were neatly arranged, and drinks were provided.
The food line is as long as a kite's tail.
Unlimited seafood, including shrimp, shellfish, crab, and fish.
Shrimp or crab, can't decide? Have both!
Easy peasy. :)
If you like Thai food, walk a little further.
After a savory meal, it's time for a sweet treat.
Freshly made, hot and fragrant "Khanom Buang" fills the air.
Having indulged in sweet treats to the point of satiety, I had resolved to resist further temptation. However, the allure of sizzling, freshly grilled satay proved irresistible. Who could possibly withstand such a tantalizing sight? T__T
After a satisfying meal, let's find some drinks to quench our thirst.
We've already had a few rounds, but who's counting?
With full bellies, our eyelids began to droop.
Realizing the time, we knew we had to hurry to float our krathongs before our eyes closed.
Fortunately, the hotel had arranged for us to float them in the pool, saving us the trouble of driving anywhere.
Each and every krathong, beautifully crafted, floats away, carrying our joy with it.
May good deeds bring us happiness, may good deeds bring us happiness. ♫ ♪
Good night, and may the memories of this enchanting Loy Krathong night stay with you. ❤
Good morning, new day.
Yesterday's food has been digested. Let's have breakfast and gain energy before we go out.
The dining room is well-proportioned.
Dining Area
The dining area offers both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing you to relax in whichever setting you prefer. However, it's worth noting that the outdoor area boasts stunning views that are truly breathtaking.
The restaurant's decor maintains a distinctly Thai aesthetic.
The outdoor dining area offers stunning views, making it a must-visit.
The cool breeze, sometimes a bit strong, almost blew me away. But it was no obstacle, because the beautiful view and delicious food here were worth it.
One omelet, please. :)
Almost made a mistake there.
Ready to dig into a delicious bowl of noodles? The noodles are already cooked and ready to go.
Just add your choice of pork, squid, shrimp, meatballs, and broth, and you're good to go.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.
If you eat everything, you will surely be too full to move.
Health Corner
A light corner, a cup of fresh milk, just right.
What kind of water would you like?
This is a dish with rice crackers and a spicy pork dip.
The taste is very good, the rice crackers are crispy and the dip is delicious.
