We typically avoid consuming medium-rare meat, but today we'll give it a try.
When eaten, it is drizzled with gravy. The meat is tender and not very gamey. The meat is sweet and rich with gravy.
This is my first time trying medium-rare steak, and it's surprisingly delicious. (/‾▿‾)♪♫
